I've passed this place several times and have always wanted to try it out. Decided tonight was the night I ordered the Dino and the Foongee along with a Panna Cotta to wash it all down. First I was told the pizza would be done in an hour I get there right at an hour as the pizza was being removed from the oven. My interaction with the young lady and the owner was very pleasant they then did a quick quality check to ensure it was cooked to perfection. I got the pizza home and tore into it. I began with the Dino the crust was thin crispy and airy all at the same time the flavor was amazing absolute perfect balance of toppings and the flavors were incredible. Next was the Foongee the same for the crust as the Dino but the way the flavor of the mushrooms and peppers blended together created an experience like never before every bite was as good of not better than the last. I could have easily eaten both pies myself but insisted my wife and kids tried them out 15 short minutes later the was not a piece of crust to speak of only happy stomachs and taste buds. We absolutely love the pizza and will be highly recommending it to colleagues and friends. This is going to be my new treat for myself. Oh and the panna cotta I have not forgot about it was the perfect texture and end to an amazing meal every ingredient was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Only gripe I have is I should have ordered everyone their own as it really was that good. I can see myself becoming a regular in the very near future. You are a master of your craft. Thank you so much for a...

I went in on opening night to check out the new concept. My wife and I have been avid fans of David for several years now and have been anxious to try his new pizzas. I'm in the restaurant business myself, so I expected opening night to be a bit of a mess (nothing against David, just been there/done that). Everyone in line was in great spirits, and the new staff is nice as well as fun. Ordered three pies (Nora, Dino, and Fongee) add two panna cottas for dessert. Got to chat with one of the brothers from K Brew while I waited (another local venue I enjoy). Took about an hour (they missed one of the pies and had to make it on the fly).

For the record, I love my family. This is evidenced by the fact that I didn't pull over on the way home to devour the pizza in my car.

We split the pies between the 4 of us. Kids loved the Dino (sausage/sopressatta) wife loved the Nora (ricotta, red onions, goat cheese, pancetta, oregano); while I loved the Fongee (fontina, pappadew peppers) even though they forget the mushrooms that are supposed to come on it.

Wife and I agreed we'd go again, but try the other pies because they all sound delicious.

Get the panna cotta! Tart and sweet, delightful combination!

Definitely some growing pains, but those should work themselves out in time!

Overall, I can't wait for them to hit...

This review is for the service. I made an online order from the store website and NOT SLICE app. Drove in the traffic for 40 minutes to arrive and be told the order was voided and no explanation why and no communication that it was voided. When I asked what if I wanted to make the same order, I got the answer " The customer needs to reoder." I AM THE CUSTOMER !!!. No apology other than the order was voided sorry there is nothing we can do. And when I asked again how long it would take if I reordered, I was told it would take an hour at least. Your pizza is good but not worth waiting an hour with kids waiting in the car. If it was 15- 20 mins, then sure I'll wait. I was told to call their number on the Facebook page if I need a better estimate. The issue was that there was no communication and no ...

Dave understands flavor pairings. The salad is light and refreshing, the pizza crust is spot-on: not too thick, not too thin, crispy and chewy, the toppings just right, and baked enough but not too much. We had the Nona and the Gino and both were delicious, Nona wins my favorite because goat cheese and Gino was the dude's favorite because sausage. Can't wait to go back and try the others! Oh, and SAVE ROOM FOR PANNA COTTA. This has incredible flavor, and it's appropriately small and light so you can eat it after pizza. As soon as we left, we started strategizing when to eat the pizza leftovers, it's that good.

The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to have mozzarella cheese and basil, but they didn't have basil that day. We tried the pizza anyway. It was good, but I think it would have been better with the basil. We got there shortly after they opened, so I knew it wasn't because they ran out. We'll go back and try something else next time. They're only open on the weekends and only have a set amount of pizza dough, which are all the same size. When the dough is out, they're done for the night, so get there early.

What a gem! When we drove up we weren’t sure if there was inside seating or if it was take-out only. The owners immediately walked out and invited us to check out the menu and we were not disappointed! The menu is relatively limited (pizzas; salads; desserts) but everything is fresh, made from scratch and amazing. We walked across the street to Elst brewery and they offered to call us when the food was ready and pulled it from a warming oven. Everything was delicious, tasty and the home-made sausage is truly worth the calories, as it is fantastic.
