My boyfriend and I are so disappointed in the owner of this shop and how she handled our situation. We spent over $100 on a few items and were so thrilled to find a 'new to us' shop near us and loved seeing all that she had inside, until we got home and while putting his pendant on his necklace chain, the pendant/stone broke apart. We immediately called the owner to let her know and she was quick to say "I do not do any returns or exchanges" yet failed to inform us about at checkout. When selling the jewelry to us, she proudly talked about how each set came all the way from a jeweler in Bali, yet on the phone she quoted "I guess this is why I shouldn't buy jewelry from a man in a field." 🧐 After talking about what to do about it she came up with a plan that her friend might be able to fix it and she would "meet us halfway" with it and see what she could do. Well her friend didn't have the correct tool to fix it without damaging the stone so she agreed to let him choose one of the other pieces that he liked. I went in and asked if he were to add some money could he choose a specific piece and her response was "This is why I don't do this because at this point I am losing money." Which I thought was very sad coming from an owner of a shop of this nature, you would think she cared more about us as returning customers rather than giving us this one item and shewing us off so I picked the one out of TWO she put on the counter and "thanks, bye" was how she ended the encounter. She does a lot of talking and I honestly believe she isn't what she says she is, she acts more like a sales person than a good energy loving, crystals and good vibes/intentions kind of woman, I didn't get those kind of vibes at all and we will never return...

My husband and I were super excited about checking out this shop and went down during one of their Saturday Moon Markets. When we finished browsing the vendors outside, we went inside the shop. It's filled with every bit and bob that you could need for your spiritual practice....but....when we entered, we were completely ignored by the staff. We were never asked if we needed help. Nothing. Multiple other people came through and they were greeted by staff and asked if they needed assistance. I tried to brush it off but when we went to check-out, both ladies completely and utterly ignored us at check-out. They took forever to ring up our order because they were too busy having a discussion about how to hang the scrying pendants so they don't fall. They gave zero effort in any interaction with us and at this point my tone and demeanor changed with them - they then tried to "sell" the events outside. Needless to say, I was shocked by a store of this genre treating people like this - I can't help but feel it was because we are two males and they felt it was okay to just brush us off. I'm absolutely disgusted by such behavior and have spent the weekend trying to cool down from it but I have to let people know that it seems if you don't "fit" into their clientele, you are not welcome. Disgraceful, to say the least, for a store focused on spiritualism and creating good vibes. Needless to say, I'll never be back and I'll never recommend this store to...

Really liked this store in the beginning but the owner talked over me and couldn’t get a word in and seemed more concerned with money than making things right with me over an incense cone holder I had an issue with. She offers no refunds or exchanges (which she should clarify to her customers) but had no issues with contacting the company she got them from to get some of her money back. Like that helps me how? 🤷🏻‍♀️ She also wanted pictures to use to send to the company but I refuse if it puts money back in her pockets and doesn’t help me with the issue. I’ve not met a greedy person in a long time and over a $5 item. I couldn’t get an apology or anything which I would have been fine with but received absolutely no help or offer to even try and make it right. Will never be back to this shop and to me it is the worse metaphysical shop I have ever been to. Should have made things right but clearly that’s not important these days!! I’m more disappointed that she had no interest in trying to make it right with me, I can care less about the money or item. It’s a lack of customer service and care that’s lacking...
