Ordered two orders of quesabirria, requested no cilantro, and was told they would be able to leave it off. after we pulled away, we parked and went to eat and both orders of tacos were loaded with cilantro, and I didn’t receive an order of consume with one of the orders of tacos. Flavor of meat was good and tacos were nice and crispy but it was hard to enjoy because I have that annoying soap cilantro gene. Wish they had left it off like they said, but I wouldn’t say it ruined the experience, I just took a few minutes to pick it off as much as I could, but it was hard as there was some in the melted cheese. Overall good and very fast and efficient service.

Edit: we appreciate the reimbursement. We aren’t often in Knoxville, but my OBGYN is here and this has been our favorite place to come eat when we are here. The tacos we got this time were absolutely amazing, we got home to gatlinburg and wished we had gotten even more. Thank you so...

I LOVE the food here, it’s the closet thing to authentic Mexican food that I’ve been able to find. I come here constantly, for the food. My problem is the customer service. TWICE I have been looked at like I was disgusting when I asked something in Spanish. Keep in mind I was born in Puerto Rico, and speak fluent Spanish. Cant attest for the rest of thier food besides the guacamole which was also very good. But man those tacos! The perfect seasoning and the perfect cook! My mouth is watering just thinking about them!
