Taco Bell — Restaurant in Knoxville

I will never return to this restaurant as long as I live let me tell you what happened to me! I went to Taco Bell on merchants Road in Knoxville Tennessee on April 3rd 2021 at approximately around 8 PM this was on a Saturday! After waiting for almost “1 hour Yes I said one hour because they had The lobby closed which is not supposed to be closed at that time I had to go to the drive-through! When it was my turn at the 🔈 box 📦 😂 ! This is what I ordered 1. the Quesalupa meal no tomatoes on the Quesalupa this also includes a drink and 2 tacos I ordered two soft tacos with this instead of two crunchy tacos, 2. 2 cheesy gordita crunch’s with no spicy ranch and that ordered refried beans on them and I wanted the Doritos Locos shell to replace the standard crunchy taco shells & 3. A beef Chalupa With no sour cream and refried beans! And this is where the screw ups started happening I handed the lady my card and she had to get someone there to help her because get this they rang me up for somebody else’s order and they already took it off my card oh and get this instead of them eating the cost which they should’ve done in my opinion! Because that was their screwup not mine! So I had to charges come out of my bank account and if I’m not mistaken was charged more then what the total was to begin with! But I was hungry and wasn’t going to argue with that I was getting my food at least or at least I thought! So I get my food go home Open the bag give my fiancé her food and They put tomatoes on her Quesalupa and she didn’t get sour cream and they gave her two crunchy tacos Instead of two soft tacos , on my 2 cheesy gordita crunch’s no Doritos shells no refried beans actually there was nothing but cheese and meat and on the second one they put the spicy ranch on it! & The Beef Chalupa had no tomatoes no refried beans and they put extra sour cream on it! I tried to call them like 20 times and no answer! I ended up having to call another Taco Bell and talking to the manager there to have her put my name on the books as me reporting this! Also forgot to mention they never gave me a receipt ! So I went on Monday, April 5, 2021 and talk to the manager they replaced the food and they screwed it up the same way again! By this time I’m livid I called the corporate office The next day which was April 6, 2021 and all they would do is credit me a $15 coupon which I think is wrong they should’ve at least give me double that for my wasted damn gas and for my frustration I’m almost to the point I’m swearing Taco Bell off all together i’m already upset that they got rid of the Mexican pizza but that’s a story for another time in my opinion no one should go to this Taco Bell until they hire a complete new staff! And this is not the first time they have completely screwed my orders up so this is the reason why I’m not returning to the store And if a general manager sees this I think you need to make it right with me because my hard earned money can go to another taco establishment but I’d rather it go to Taco Bell but not until this is made right And yes I want another $15 coupon he still doesn’t make it right but it’s a step in the...

I would give them a zero if I could. I called they said they were open for 30 minutes I was only 5 minutes away. I got there with 25 minutes to spare and I tried to order 2 cheap ass burritos and a 12 pack basic hard shell tacos. She said we only have meat for 2 tacos we are closing in like 5 minutes, still had 25 minutes before they actually closed. So I said well what can y’all make if you r out of beef and She said I didn’t say we r out of beef. I said ok so how many tacos can u make and she said like 5. So I was charged $15.25 for 5 basic tacos and 2 cheap ass burritos. Now there was a long line of cars behind me so I pulled around near the speaker in a parking place to eat my expensive ass tacos and low and behold I heard ppl ordering tacos that they were getting them. Wth. I don’t know what I did for her to lie to me and charge me like that. It’s not right. Of course she didn’t give me a receipt either and I gave her $20.25 it was $15.25 and she gave me $4.75 back 🙄 btw the taco pack is $17.99 for 12 tacos so yes they ripped me off bad!! Let say in the past I would've gave it a four , but here lately it's like a hit and miss . I'm gonna just start from the beginning of my experience . I pull up to the drive thru to place my order and I'm ordering for 3 ppl I get the first meal and I feel as if they rushing me by is that all . Just the tone of voice you can already have that feeling but I proceed to place my order . Same as I order all three meals . Get to the window pay for my food which that part didn't take long . I get home with the food which not far btw so not a excuse on Thier part as everyone knows what refried fries taste like . My chalupas was not edible . They was so hard like cardboard .
