Pierce Road Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Kochville Township

Terrible service. 38 minutes to bring drinks to table. After food was ordered one hour and 8 minutes till came to table. Had to flag down waiter if I wanted anything. Never came over to ask if we needed anything. Didn’t get some items for but at this point was to fed up to care. Burger was burnt, fries were burnt but yet cold and soggy. I was seated directly across from the kitchen for our two hour meal. I watched the staff prepare all the meals with bare hands. Handling everyone’s food and never washing. Kitchen was filthy. Staff had music blaring in kitchen and were dancing. Restaurant was not busy. Bathrooms didn’t look they’d been cleaned in weeks, there was visible dirt, hair and soil build up in the toilets. A few weeks ago I spent $48 just on fried pickles, crab cheese and nachos and everything was horrible and not even cooked. I called and Rachel said that she was not surprised my food was bad because the kitchen had not been good all night. She said a manager would call me the next day. Never did. I called two days later and a guy answered the phone laughing unprofessionally and told me that the manager would get to me and I was on the list to be called. I did not get called. I called again the next day and the same laughing guy answered and said oh yeah you will get a call. And nothing. I frequented this place and so did my family. Not anymore. Our waitress was alright and the food was alright but some of the prices are kind of high. The sandwich prices are on par at $10 but $7 for a side order of onion rings is on the high side. Had the waitress told us there are no side orders only the $7 basket we would not have gotten them. She just said yep we have side orders and marked it down. It would also be nice if they kept an up to date menu on their facebook. The one menu I saw had Buffalo Mac and Cheese at $10.99 and when we got there it was priced at $14.99 which was disappointing to see.
