Do not eat here, they will scam you out of your food that you order. They will say you have the food in your bag. We waited 2 hours for our food, and it was not correct. We spent almost 80.00 on the order. Really wanted to support their new opening in a new location. Once we realized at home, we called about the error, and they argued with us over the missing item. Why would I spend almost 80.00 and only complain about a 10.00 item that is missing. You treated a loyal customer as a cheat while it was you who made the mistake. You have terrible customer service as well as a bad attitude. We have been patrons of your restaurant for a long time, when you were in the small building. We place large orders usually one or twice a month in excess of 60.00 to 70.00 dollars each time. We are done, you were better in the old building. One day I made an order and had someone to go get it however the person didn’t make it I called and canceled my order and apologized later on I went and paid for my food first before they made it again to really show them it was a mistake I’ve been paying first since and coming to pick up hours later ! Today I received the nastiest attitude all because I asked for more rice less meat she made it a whole problem I told her she’s the only one I have had this problem with she told me no one has ever complained about not having enough rice and that she remember me I come pick up two hours late and it really pissed me off because I’ve apologized MULTIPLE times about this ONE MISTAKE I MADE over phone and when I went back to get my order ! Absolutely terrible. Got some hot and sour soup to start - it was not hot or sour and was cold. Told attendant and she told me to heat in in the microwave neat the buffet. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and then went for some food. EVERYTHING was cold! Left everything I had just collected and went to leave the buffet. Told the cashier that all the food was cold and all she could say was that no-one else had told her that. In fact everyone else was heating their food in the microwave. No discount for the inedible food - absolutely despicable. Not that I ever expect to come back to this town but if I ever do I will be sure NEVER to eat at this establishment..
