Horrible service! I had to walk up to the call box to order because I was hauling a trailer. I could see clearly into the kitchen where everyone was 'working'. A bag was placed on the counter where it sat for a long time. The 'workers' were passing by it quite a bit before eventually someone came by and looked at the tag. They then looked over to where I was sitting before finally bringing it out to me. When I tried to talk to them about why it took so long, she just laughed, turned around and walked back inside without another word. This Sonic can be very crowded, as most of the fast food places in this town are, but Sonic here seems to have incredibly slow service. We waited almost 20 minutes for 2 slushies and most of it was melted when we got it, so you can tell it was made and sat for that time. Maybe during happy hour have a couple of car hops, that move faster than the current ones, just for drinks. Our car hop did not speak until we gave her a tip and then all she said was 'thanks', an apology for slow service over two drinks would have been nice(yes, we still gave her tip, it's just the right thing to do). Food is usually edible with some sweet tea but why do most times they say ice cream machine is down? Is it really down or they don’t want to clean it and so why is it even on the menu? And these attitudes got to go. If you don’t want to work where your at find one you can enjoy going to,seriously because it’s better to enjoy where you work.
