Subway — Restaurant in Krum

With Subway the food is pretty consistent and there are so many locations they are easy to find and you can avoid the ones with really bad service pretty easily. So that being said the way to stand out is to have friendly and happy employees who make you want to come back.

The Location in Krum Tx is an example of one to avoid, which is inconvenient for me because i live there and eat Subway often. Twice in the last few days i have eaten at this location, the employees are not friendly no one speaks to you when you enter they leave you standing at the counter for a long time trying to avoid eye contact or having to wait on you. When they do finally get to you the attitude is that of annoyance that they have to put themselves out to make your order. Like I said I eat there allot but I will drive to Denton from now on, rather than do business with people that have no interest in Customer Service or the performance of their job.

Shame on the Manager and or the Owner for allowing this behavior to go on this is your business show some...

Their was one worker working today, Allen, I was ordering my meal, all was great until the manager, brittany, came in. First she started getting onto him for giving me free food, but I had my money, and then she started accusing him of things he didn't do, which in my opinion is messed up. Tr he manager made the worker, Allen, go to the back and made me wait by the cash register for 5 minutes, then just walked off. She started texting and walked to the bathroom, Allen had to take back over again since I was just waiting there. Overall, good workers, bad manager. Subway is my favorite restaurant but I hate this location as of today. I wanted a 6-inch Turkey Ham for my ill mother and a footlong Oven Roasted Chicken for me. The cashier lady tells me that it's $12.78! Hello! There is an offer today. She ignored me and said that I have to get two sandwiches of the same size in order to get one free. Does it say that on the offer? NO, IT DOES NOT SAY THAT!!! But she kept arguing and making a scene. I told her to take out half of my sandwich and a drink. Then she pushed the bag my hand and practically threw my change and receipt at me. Rude, dishonest, and and only interested in getting my money. That's the last time I ever go to...
