I stopped by Ohoo Boba Tea today and had a great experience. I ordered the Pizza Bagel and a Custard Taiyaki, and both were surprisingly good.

The pizza bagels were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with melted cheese and herbs. You can really taste the seasoning. Even the pepperoni had a nice flavor, and the portion size was bigger than I expected. They even added a couple of little pickles on the side, which was a fun touch.

The custard taiyaki was warm, fresh, and filled generously with smooth custard. The outside had that classic taiyaki crunch while the inside stayed soft and creamy. Honestly one of the better taiyaki I’ve had.

Service was fast and friendly. Vahe K. took my order, and he was super nice and made the experience smooth. Everything was packaged neatly, and the shop looked clean and well-kept.

Definitely recommending this place if you want something quick, tasty, and a little different than the usual...

It was a HOT sunny CA Tuesday afternoon just finished quick lunch down on Verdugo with my in laws and decided to go grab a quick drink! I love this little shop! I only wish there were more. I’ve tried so many of their teas. As a vegan that avoids caffeine - there are still many options for me here! Tonight I had the strawberry milk butterfly tea with boba and it was SO good. Any tea with peach is amazing too. The only one I’ve tried that I didn’t love was the honeydew, but my boyfriend loves it! The prices are a little steep, but I feel like it’s worth it for the quality.
