Dairy Queen — Restaurant in La Feria

4•28•25 well decided to come here and food was not great ordered combo #2 double meat and dbl cheese and the meat tasted old, over cooked not juicy yet dried. Ordered the Dude and boy that was a huge dissapointment the looks are deceiving it looks good but was bad meaning way way way to much batter on a measly small beef patty it was the worst I took all of the thick batter was left with a child's size burger meat. That's how bad it was I do not recomend the Dude it is not what it use to be trust me on that. Before it had meat now idk its very sad and poor looking and a waist of money you will eat a battered burger with somewhat meat. Think I would of been better off with the beef basket but I didn't. Aside that tasted like freezer burn to. So our meals just were bad. Not to mention I asked for a small dip cone and the guy who made it was really bad at it. Even tho they were having a meeting in dining area that's fine they were moving everything in kitchen idk maybe getting ready for inspections idk. But by the looks of it no one was happy I'll tell you that much. When the gentleman made my cone I kinda said whoa dude change your gloves b4 you touch it. He said I just put them on but I didn't see it so I was disturbed by it. Always put gloves in front so client can see you don't touch register etc then pants, shirt, counter then food. Come on yall know...

This is my register dairy Queen. But they usually get my order wrong. The speaker at the drive thru is very low and I can't hear anything. I feel bad asking them to repeat themselves and I often hope they don't think I'm annoying for doing so, but the speaker is really bad quality.... They were very great in seeing if a blizzard item was still available. I had asked for nacho cheese fries without the chili several times and they repeated the order back to me which was correct. But when I got to the pickup window I got chili cheese fries. I told them that it was what I ordered and the changed it. They also had forgotten my side of nacho cheese. (I had ordered several other items besides the fries) when I had gotten home my mother whom the fries were for went to go open it and the fries were very nasty.. they just threw shredded cheese on the fries and heated it up. I've order this multiple times before and it has always had nacho cheese. But I guess they were in a rush to fix the order they just threw this together... I was kinda disappointed as I was in no rush at all. My mom ended up throwing away the fries because they were all stuck to the box.... Kinda a waste of money because we ordered the large and she was quite hungry,After running...

i advise for anyone NOT to work at this place. i worked there for almost a year and managers, upper management dont care about you. i reported a man for being a perv towards me, i told Alex montes ,supervisor, and he told me it was "my fault", i told Richard perez, manager, and did nothing, richard is a perv and would always talk about inappropriate stuff with me and i would uncomfortably laugh about it because i couldn't do anything. the manager blanca rivera would cut my hours simply because she didn't like me. they instead gave him more hours and dismissed what i told them. They had wrongfully fired me because they have been treating me horrible and didn't like that i didn't let myself. i put my two weeks and revoked them because i had to wait longer and they dismissed it pretending they didn't hear me and fired me COMPLETELY with no warning. i'm glad i'm not a part of this dq. if your daughters want to apply don't let them for their safety and...
