Whataburger — Restaurant in La Feria

If you want Whataburger at night and you want warm fresh food go to the other location nearby - trust me.

I waited 30 minutes only to be handed cold food and cold gravy right out of the window. My order was missing items. There was only 2 people in the drive through!!! How was my food completely cold?! The gravy wasn’t warmed up at all. Food had Zero Warmth - not fresh - Stale and cold - and when I got my missing items they were cold too.

This is not the first time I’ve been served cold food and paid for missing items here.

Always check your bag or just don’t come here at night. You will waste your hard earned money and your valuable time. This establishment has no business serving food to the people of La Feria. Absolutely Awful - never again. One of the worst Whataburgers in Texas without a doubt and it will disappoint...

You have a male working there alongside my daughter. She's come home for the past 3wks crying from being cursed at, talked down to and more. Your management has been made aware of the issue and still has done nothing about it. I personally had to come over there this morning and professionally tell a female supervisor what was going on, and she said she was aware. So my question is WTH is he still working there? Multiple coworkers of his, not just my daughter have complained to management about -ALEXIS- Yet nothing is being done. I promise you! The next time my daughter comes home and so much as a sneeze from Alexis comes her way, I'll be right over there with some act right! Worst experience ever. I have visited Whataburger for many years. All the orders on photos were incorrect. Salad was at point of spoiled due to chicken was hot when placed in it. Burgers not even close to ehat was ordered.This is the time for management to notice the sub par quality of the food and customer experience and make changes to improve or just start dismantling the business altogether. They are losing customers left and right. So sad the state of affairs within this once awesome business.
