just picked up a pizza for my mom before I had to go into work. dropped it off home and it was BURNT! pepperonis and bottom of the pizza were black. called to complain and Mr Lozano said he could replace it only if we went back tonight to get it, it’s already like 830pm and we only have one car. he said he asked his boss Mr Torres and he said they cannot replace it, that thin and crispy always comes out burned. we always get thin n crispy and have never gotten it charred like this. my mom emphasized she has no way to go pick it up but if they’re adamant on replacing it tonight they can deliver it, bc she has no car, Mr Lozano said then there’s not much we can do for you sorry. horrible customer service and...
