We love Subway. We've been to Subway at least 200 times, no joke. Never had a problem. Love the franchise. Until this time... I'm not sure if the general issue is this specific store or a failure in corporate policy. Regardless, how one employee at this store handled it wasn't good. Last month, we ordered a premade sandwich on the Subway App. We loved the sandwich. Then this month, we went into this store and asked them for this specific sandwich by name. They had no idea what went on the sandwich - NO IDEA. Huh. It didn't have to be a big deal, but the way one of the employees gave me attitude turned this into a negative experience. I felt pressured and rushed to tell them what I wanted on the sandwich, but I didn't know! So, I had to reinstall the app, and find what was on it. The lady kept going with the wrong sandwiches, I guess thinking she could just push me out of the way. After I got the app installed, I asked her to throw the sandwiches away and start over, using the menu items listed on the app. The following week, we went to another Subway, asked for the same sandwich, the guy working (a very nice guy) politely explained that corporate promotes a specific sandwich short-term on the app, but they don't tell the stores so the stores don't know how to make it.
