Visiting my grandkids from Virginia and they wanted McDonald's. Drive thru was OK but I don't think they can handle the 2 drive thru lanes very well. So paid almost $60 and they said receipt would be at 2nd window so proceeded to the window had six drinks with the order and had to ask for a drink carrier,so got the first bag and kind of looked at it, then she gave us a bag and told us it was the fries and receipt was in the bag. Got it home an none of the 3 double cheeseburgers and no receipt only got chicken nuggets and fries. So we called and who ever answered gave me the manager and I explained my problem and that I didn't get or the 3 doubles. So he told me to come on back and come in. Stood at the counter and was not even acknowledged by the older lady giving out orders, finally asked the young lady mopping the floors. Than the older lady proceeded to tell me that I needed my receipt and start to argue with me wanting to know how long it was since I came thru, it had been 15 to 20 minutes. I thought she was going to look up the receipt and I told her I had the paper of what we ordered in the car. She got even more hateful but she did end up getting the doubles for me. I worked many years in fast food and have always been in some kind of customer service position and this was definitely not how you treat a customer. If she is a manager she definitely needs some training on customer service so she can lead her crew by example with a good attitude and good customer service. Sorry for the long review but go on down the road to Wendy's if heading west and if going east go to Carl's. Much better...

I am visiting from Denver (love this part of Colorado) and went over for breakfast. I put in my order and they had it ready quickly; however the credit card reader was not working. The employee went to get the manager, named Misty, who turned out to be an insulting rude horrible person. She came out and rebooted the machine and stated bluntly I would need to wait 10 minutes before it works. I asked if I could eat my breakfast, which was ready, while I waited. She flat out refused and said “Can’t do that.” I explained I just wanted breakfast and would pay afterwards. She refused again. Then checked the other credit card machine that was having the same problem. There was a machine for the drive through that seemed to work but she would not use it either. I offered to leave my debit card, I was fresh out of cash, as collateral while I ate and she refused again and told me “You will just leave after eating and not pay us.” I promised to pay, and I would. But she just treated me as a criminal so I told strait up if she is only going to treat me as a criminal then I won’t do business with them. Never once did I raise my voice, I kept trying to work through it and she kept denying me everything and insulting me and question my integrality as an honest man. To accuse the customer of being untrustworthy of inexcusable and this person should not be representing MacDonald’s. What a horrible rude...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would, many decent people ARE WILLING TO WORK but when you have management that puts customers last and obviously employees not much can benefit from that, when a customer pulls up in drive through with 2 lanes open now and you sit and wait only to have 2 others pull up and get waited on and you have to ask what's going on and day before wait and wait seeing people inside sitting but nobody responds to take your order...and your black it feels a bit suspect...then to go another day to have someone say please give us a minute and literally wait over 5 minutes patiently only to have another vehicle pull up in the other lane and get told hi, how can I help you...while you sit there like 🤯 so yeah this is ridiculous especially when you convey this to management and she always just has excuses as to why they have signs up not open today on drive thru speaker, why this treatment keeps occurring why is food not fresh at 6 am.... she is just really snotty uncaring and don't deserve her position. I have recorded this last experience on video as well as reported it to corporate, if nothing is addressed this time im going public with these experiences to show the truth...... I know this area is known for being " close minded" but that's no right to treat paying customers a certain way because you can...yes there are literally only 1 McDonald's, 1 Carl Jr, and 1 Wendy's ..so choices are limited... please get some real management....its...
