If I could give it a "ZERO STAR" I certainly would. My wife and I just moved to the area,and are fond of going to Mc Donalds once in a while when we don't feel like cooking after a hard day at work. On 8/26/25 and this makes the third time we been to this location in La Marque around 9:30 pm and all three times the same unhappy unsatisfied experience has taken place. You would think third time is the charm, not in this case... We always order 2 double cheeseburger meals, with a Large Coke and 2 Large milk shakes. All three times the cheese burgers where stale, and cold, to the point the cheese was not even partially melted on the meat, the fries where not hot and had no salt, and where under cooked, the coke tastes like they were slacking on the syrup and tasted watered down, and the strawberry milk shakes tastes like vanilla with a hint of strawberry leftover. Got told they don't have any condiments for our order, such as ketchup and salt, The Asian/Mexican girl working the drive thru is lazy and has a very bad attitude with a slick mouth , and is not customer service material and management does not do there job to insure the team holds responsibility and accountability for there job when it comes to service and satisfaction of a customer. I do not recommend this Mc Donalds at all, it needs revamped with an entire team including management on this shift. At the end of the day... It's happy and satisfied customers that keep your doors open and makes it possible for you to earn that paycheck. I've had several experiences from a Mc Donalds within a 10 state variation and by far this is "THE ABSOLUTE WORST" from the food all the way to the service. FIRE EVERYONE AND SHUT THIS MC...

Vert slow and just not organized. 6:15am yesterday 3 cars in drive thru, I am waiting for speaker to come on, after sitting there with out a sound, a full minute, I drove on up to window. I go there between 6 - 6:15am 3-4 times a week. Not that busy at that time. No one acknowledged me waiting to place order with a "Good morning, I will be with you in a minute". They sure used to months ago. My turn at window and was told I had to go back thru and place my order. I told him what happen why I did not make my order of two coffees at the speaker. I truly thought it was not working. Rude. I only want coffee no order today. He reluctantly made me 2 coffee, no cream no suger given. They need organization there. It used to be great and very friendly. NOT anymore. Later after work went back by 4:15pm happy meal for grandson. I asked if ketchup in bag, yes he said. No it was not. Please send them help. I go thru there 3-4 times a week for breakfast, coffee, and later a meal. Several months that location not too good. I tolerate it and my coworker us always with me those 3-4 days a week. He said the same thing how this location USED to be the BEST. Yes it DID. Seriously I think they need more training. Seems like one guy doing all the work, especially early mornings. TY. Read moreWent Thursday the fifth my order was messed up as usual called up there the same night and was told that I could get a free meal and replace my chicken sandwich that wasn’t there, that’s not even what I wanted originally I wanted my money back I didn’t want to replace it on the food. So I came Saturday to get the replacement just to be greeted by a rude manager who told me the so-called book that my name was written in wasn’t there, so I’m kind of confused on where the book went if that’s the store that I went to and ordered from. The manager told me that I should start checking the bag myself because that’s not their job to keep up with it and I told her that you were the manager and this is how you run stuff. I asked for her name but she would not give it to me she told me that I had to provide her with my name instead which I told her there’s no way I’m gonna give her my name. Every time I go I have an item missing and they never give it to me or they never give me a refund. They always make excuses and say they can’t give refunds even the managers so I’m not sure why is it that we have to pay for items that we’re not allowed to get refunds for or...
