I would give Kira Kira 0 stars if I could. I went this afternoon in hopes of a nice lunch with my friend and we had the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment. Our sushi was dry and flavorless, and when we mentioned this to our waitress all she said is that that is how the roll tastes and there's no way to change it which is not true because I always order the same rolls here and they've never been this bad. Then, our waitress rolled her eyes at us anytime we asked for condiments and she also never tended to our table, but she waited all of the other tables regularly. Finally, as we were paying (after waiting over 20 minutes for the check) our waitress stood in front of us to watch us sign out receipts and lay our tips down and she immediately collected them then left. I called to notify the manager and all he offered was 25% off our next visit... as if I'll ever be going back after...

Sat at the counter since I went on my lunch break. Fantastic food. Bento box was amazing they actually serve on plates so it seems even more food. Salmon teriyaki and spicy tuna roll is what I ordered. Free edamame, miso soup and they gave me a salad. Whne my main portions came I got another salad with a different dressing. Additionally I think since I was sitting at the counter, I was provided from the chef a small plate of sushi to try as a snack to try. All the food was delicious. I also witnessed the chef pulling out a huge filet of salmon to make my salmon rolls.he was deboning it with the skin and everything. My family and I buy from here once a week. The food is good but they don't always listen so if you want to substitute something you may not get the order you requested. I recently ordered a Kira 1 which has salmon on top and cucumbers and imitation crab inside, to me the crab feels heavy and rich so I often will ask them to substitute some of the crab on the inside for regular tuna, they usually tell me that is called a Kira 2 and I have to clarify the Kira 2 has SPICY tuna and I can't eat spicy food for medical reasons, however that's what I got today a spicy tuna roll with salmon on it so I ate the salmon off the top and threw the whole roll away because it would have made me sick.
