Ross Dress for Less — Local services in La Mirada

I placed an item on hold at this location it was a box of perfumes I placed it on hold late Saturday evening and I come back to pick up Sunday morning on Mother’s Day. It turns out they took it off hold and sold it. I was told that the hold was for 24 hours what a lie. The manager comes out and tells me they do not hold items overnight what a lie he thinks I’m stupid. I see items that were on hold when a placed me item on hold and they are still there. If I could give this store negative stars I would do not place your items on hold especially if they are a gift like for mother’s day. The only reason I placed on hold was because I was with my mother and I wanted it to be a surprise. But I was the one that was surprised by this terrible store...

If you like to shop through the merchandise and find a good clearance jail only to get to the register and the cashier wants to raise the price then you should go there and take some fingernails and tries to peel off the clearance tags and says it shouldn't have been clearanced anyways then go there other than that the store looks pretty good but that rudeness was unacceptable in the front end the management they're thinking is unacceptable that's why I gave them a one the lady was too rude on the front and cashier today might as well accuse me of just taking the thing and doing it...

I was hoping to find a much better selection for woman over size 8. Unfortunately what i found was the worst selection of clothing at what i would pay at other department stores. The selections were dismal at best. Who ever their merchandise buyer is has no taste in clothing, nor have they been challenged to find decent clothing in larger sizes. They must think all plus size people where gray, black, and mustard saggy clothing with no style what so ever. I've been to other Ross stores out of state and never ran into...
