Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in La Porte

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life with the manager APRIL. I doordashed breakfast tacos because it was raining and I didn’t want to leave the house. When they were delivered, my order was completely wrong. I ordered four tacos, a dozen tortillas, two chips and queso. I only got three tacos, a dozen tortillas covered in black char and black powder, one bag of chips, and queso that was so runny and tasted like water. I drove up there because nobody would answer their phone and I asked the manager if she could fix them. She told me I needed to bring them back to the store so she could make me new ones. I informed her that I’m allergic to egg and I was not going to dig them out of the trash. She said “sorry I can’t make them until you bring them back so I can personally throw them away.” I proceeded to tell her they were already contaminated and she said she didn’t care she needed them in her hand, so I would have to go back home, dig them out of the trash, then bring them back. I even showed her the pictures of the tacos I took. She tried walking away from me like five times while I was still trying to get my problem solved. I called my mom in front of the kitchen, workers, and customers, and told her what was happened and then the manager reluctantly told the workers to remake my tacos. The amount of attitude the manager gave me was insane, especially since she chose this job. They made it wrong again the SECOND time. I thankfully checked my tacos before I left and they had to fix them the third time. Horrible customer service.
