My mother went in to get a pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce, she asked nicely (I know she can be rude sometimes but we've actually been working on that and she's gotten a lot better and was actually being rather understanding) if they can make sure that it came with the cheese sauce and not marinara. The cashier insisted it was correct even after my mother had looked it over noticing a bit of red and showed her but they insisted it was correct. So she took their word for it and went into her car to eat a slice. She took a bite and it was in fact red sauce. She went back in to inform them that it wasn't right. No apology, nothing. Manager comes out and she explains it to them. They made a new one. While waiting for a new one my mom asked if she could have some bread sticks for the trouble (I personally wouldn't have asked for anything free but she felt if she had to wait another ten minutes she could at least nibble on some of the sticks. ) anyway long story short they gave her another pizza but the crust didn't really seem like pretzel? If was lighter in color and kinda looked like normal crust with salt dusted on it? It didn't taste right either kinds greasy and doughy. So when she got home she called them again not wanting a refund or another pizza but to complain that the order still wasn't very good. (I would have let it go tbh) however the bad part is the manager over the phone started arguing with her and accusing her of badmouthing their cashier which did not happen, if their cameras have sound I'm sure you can play it back and see she even thanked them and was being pretty polite through the whole ordeal. The manager yelled at her over the phone kept calling her an old lady and blacklisted her from the location. Now I understand there could have been some misunderstandings and I know my mother isn't perfect and I am a bit biased but I don't think there's ever a reason to call a customer names and blacklist them for complaining. Not sure what to really do but we called corporate and no one was in...
Read moreI had to bring my review down from 5 stars to 2 stars. My mom ordered on the app and the pickup time would be 5:58 p.m. My grandma called about 5 minutes later after order time and asked for extra butter and parmesan on all the crazy bread we were getting. My grandma got heated because of a certain person she was talking to since they messed up her order last time and the employee and my grandma got mad at each over the phone. It was to be expected especially when my grandma has a repeated problem here. Anyways my brother and I arrived at about 6:08 p.m. and we headed up to the counter. Two employees were talking about our order. They were talking about something that involved the name disappearing on the portal and one of the two employees took our order out. Then the two employees loudly communicated who the order was for in a distasteful tone in front of us and other customers who were present. Afterwards when they asked us what we are going to order or if we were going to pick up an order. We said the name of the order with which they were talking distasteful about. The one employee who was talking to us gave a little uh oh smile. Then they both took back our crazy bread since they did not make them with extra like we wanted. While making these, they make a sarcastic comment. "Make sure they put extra extra on there or they will be weally upset". No joke, they actually said weally. For the remaing time we were there, they had this bad annoyed vibe like if we were not appreciated or worth their time. I am only writing this review not that I hate Little Ceasers but because they were talking bad about us right in front of us and other customers. We can clearly hear them and they were not being professional. I understand if they are tired from working hard and of course there will be those customers that just get on your nerves but that does not give you the right to bad mouth those customers in front of...
Read moreGet pizza there all the time. Usually is good. Today i had my girlfriend order a pretzel crust with cheese sauce and a stuffed crust so i could just pick it up on my way home from work. Got home and the stuffed crust was so over done, there was no cheese in it and impossible to eat. The pretzel crust had regular sauce on it and not the cheese sauce she ordered. I had to ask to get waited on, kept getting over looked and it was not in the portal at the time it should have been. I waited about 10 more min and then i interrupted the employees dancing and conversations with other employees to ask where my pizza was. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he told me to bring it back in and they will remake it. I live too far away to go back up there. I have been working in the heat all day and just want a shower and bed. He would not offer anything else for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional by not making good with a customer. I work with customers every day and i would NEVER tell them if you dont want to bring it back there's nothing i can do. Us customers make it possible for you to have a...
