Culver’s — Restaurant in LaBelle

I have never had a bad meal or experience at Culver’s, until now. We decided to go to the new store opened in Labelle, Florida, and needless to say we will not be going back to this Culver’s. We ordered our food at 5:56pm. We went and got our drinks and sat down at the table to wait for our food. After 15 to 20 minutes went by we were getting a bit concerned if they missed our order. We could see there were other customers who seemed to be upset about waiting for their food also. After another 10 minutes we went up to the counter to ask why it was taking so long and see if they forgot our order. The person who was behind the counter went to the people prepping the food to ask about our order and food prep employee became very aggravated with the girl asking her about our order. The girl at the counter apologized but could not give us an update as to when our food would be coming out. Five minutes later only one of our orders arrived. This was at 6:35, almost 40 minutes after we ordered. I was hoping my food would be fresh because it took so long. It was far from being fresh. The bun for the burger looked like it was taken out of the freezer and was stale. Both burgers looked like they sat on the grill 10 minutes longer than they should have and were lukewarm warm. The fries were also barely hot. The rest of the food for our table was delivered 10 minutes later and was also overcooked and luke warm. Absolutely ridiculous! Spending approximately $15 per meal, I would expect more from Culver’s. Who is in charge of this place because I couldn’t find a person there who looked...

I know this place just opened not too long ago but I will say they are lacking guidance and management for their team members. Absolutely crazy the amount of employees just wandering around lost and confused as to what they're supposed to be doing. It sure doesn't help that the manager in the back kitchen was talking to her employees in a rude manner. I caught one employee using dirty utensils to make a customer's ice cream order. Hopefully this place works out the kinks otherwise they're going to give Culver's a bad name. I sat there waiting almost 15 minutes for my food while it sat in the window and the worker seemed confused as to what he needed to do and how to put people's orders together. I watched a lot of orders sit there for over 10 minutes waiting to be bagged and hand it out. My fries were overly cooked almost to the point of almost burnt. I will say the burger was put together okay and was good but you can tell the burger meat had been overcooked also. I wound up only eating about half of my meal and threw the rest of it away. I’m not burger girl but my son said it’s fresh so try it and I did so that’s how if the way. Because I’m not a burger girl I have to say I’m not into it so don’t take my advice on this subject. It did taste fresh. And I tried custard with Andes mints, nothing compare to Mia or my guilt treat rum & raisin or pistachios. I won’t return. Anyway if you’re a burger person like most Americans you’ll love this place because it’s not crap lab or fake meat as McDonald’s, Burger King etc. as people reported. Also this is a very new building in Labelle and the condiments/ napkins area was very messy dirty, things all over the place- floors dirty- not clean at all, also bathroom dirty tissue on the floor.
