Taco Bell — Restaurant in Laconia

Was really hungry was in a hurry normally I checked the bag however this time I forgot and jumped on the bypass and before I knew it was too far away to turn around. Very unsatisfied, ended up stopping at McDonald's along the way to where I was late going to because I was starving and whatever order I got whoever's order I got we do not have anywhere near similar tastes lol...... The worst part was I stopped because my 12 yo. Was hungry. He didn't want anything that we got from taco bell and got I got himself a snack at a gas station. Then had a full dinner later on.......... I try to understand that because I worked in fast food and I know especially with the virus going on I can only imagine the frame of mind the average employee must have and the stress... So to be clear if anything I feel bad that working conditions are what they are with the virus surging, and raging exponentially spreading community transmission of this virus covid-19 the employees are so focused on making sure everything is sanitary and safe for everybody that mistakes are happening with food and that's understandable however I did it pay for something that I didn't get and would appreciate to have the food that we ordered even if it's at a later date. these people are great people at this restaurant and I'm sure we'll take care of the situation adequately they have my full confidence.....Keep it up people I know myself personally I'm very grateful to have options like taco Bell to have for dinner and that thanks to the hard work of all the employees at the restaurant one big team. One big family.... Thanks for all your hard work and dedication during these crazy times. Next time I don't care how late or busy I am I'm checking my bag before I leave because man oh man that I want that taco Bell was craving it...

Female worker (not sure if shes the manager but if she is then yikes) needs to learn some compassion and patience. Months ago, my one taco was made wrong twice. Substitute the beef for black beans. I go up and ask them if they could remake it and they did, second time it was wrong again. Brought it back up and the woman threw a fit that it said add black beans but she didn’t read that it said NO MEAT ADD BLACK BEANS. Then tonight, we had ordered 2 empanadas, had to pull forward for them to make more and they only gave us 1 so I went inside. That same female worker is yelling at the other workers, most I presume are young and do not deserve that. Now I obviously don’t have context but you do not have that kind of behavior towards others. Again I’m not sure if shes the manager but with the way she was acting it seemed like it. Her bahavior is unnecessary and especially in front of customers is inappropriate. I do not know his name but there is a young guy who works there who I want to give kudos to for maintaining his composure and not letting her attitude affect him. He looks early 20’s and has blondish almost a little bit curly hair. He is always so nice and understanding when something is forgotten or made wrong and he deserves to be recognized for it. ok - we know the routine - five yes five stars - TACO BELL - hope i have ur attention- several key points taco bell hit -1 call it spanish flare-mexican-label it however u want - i call it red white and blue - tb is america it is why we r all here today - still open late late after every crying establishment home sleeping tb still dishing out chalupas / and at ( and i dont know how ) the insane low price as always- but wait theres more - its delicious- seriously pick anything off the menu and u will moan same as me when im $&@ opps sorry got carried away cuz it is that good tb is giving covid the government and any on their back lemming crying ( oh door dash oh i cant get help ) FOOD establishment the big fat FINGER - and delivering to patrons what there sign says - im not asking for anything more than the reason u r in business- we r americans FIGUE IT OUT -MAKE IT WORK thus fourth of july im kicking apple pie outta bed - thank you taco bell for giving me hope in the restaurant industry peace luvv and good wishes to all yes the lemings also ps this review is for all the tb now and future...
