Back third day in a row. Micheal served( training Carter)us the first night and made a huge impression. Great human being and an amazing server. Because of his hospitality we decided to join Tbones again the next night. This time we were served by Carter(trainee)he did a fantastic job with his first large party.being shadowed by a lovely lady and helped only when needed(maybe one question)The only feedback I gave Carter, as myself and a few at the table are in the industry and thought it was important to point out. "if everyone at the table is having a drink(soft or hard)you should always offer last call. Explaining that he could have pushed the bill up another hundred atleast"- Thank you micheal and Carter! You're Lovely Tonight was our third night and we brought 15 people back because we loved it but NOT for long. To start off we made a reso 8:30pm, requested mike( told there was no mike here tonight). Disappointed micheal wasn't available but we still decided to come with our party. Wait 45mintues ish to be seated. The hosts were accommodating and firendly. Sarah came and got drinks. I asked how she was, her response,"I'm exhausted". Thought ok fine, long bike week- we get it. 9:40, I make sure to tell her about our experience last night with Carter(no last call warning and no deesert available) and to reminded her we want to order a second drink before last call and would like to make sure the can accommodate a deesert oder, as we're celebrating our last night here in Laconia. (" np, I call get another order when the drinks come") Try to make a very long story a little short. 10:08, 28 minutes later we haven't seen Sarah, and only Ashton ( nice girl) who brought our first round of drinks. Ii asked for our waitress Sarah. She comes at 10:16 I'm not able to serve you. What, 15 people waiting 30 minutes for a second round even with a little advice at the beginning. This is not even the worse of it! We are still in shock with how Sarah and the manager Kylie handled everything. I have been in the industry for 18 years and this the worst service/ customer service I(we)have EVER experienced. Sarah the Manager, didn't give us any solution with 1 minute passed last call. She listened and suggest we drink after our meal downstairs and can accommodate late night dessert orders . Obviously we are not happy, but we carry on with our meals. Meals are delivered, some are great and all steaks a extremely under cooked I wish I had taken photos. Sarah walked by once and no site of Kylie (manager), surprising because we have already complained and we're visible frustrated. No one come by for awhile, so we changed our minds about desserts because they clearly wanted us out. She brings the bills with nothing said. I look at the bill in disbelief that nothing was adjusted.Again, my party has been her three nights in a row spending $500 plus each time. We ask to speak to kylie, I am so embarrassed for the restaurant at this point. How are we not being compensated for our terrible experience. "no, I can not removing drinks,we dont do that" " No one said anything about their meals" Kylie was extremely argumentative and rude. After multiple different people at the table shared how disappointed we are Kylie mentions she will comp only the steak plates (4 people of 15) Oh BTW, the whole time she was cashing us out she had a police officer present and accused us of possibly running out on our bill. Very uncomfortable and insulting. After we pay, full disclosure, no tipping.- all of us are %20 minimum tippers Kylie, mentioned to me that she would take care of our serving so, Sarah knowing how unhappy we were, didn't even direct us with the tipping option. Adding there was no genuine apologize and kylie begins to let us know we are not welcome downstairs for a drink at midnight, what? are you kidding me. We, or anyone we know will never be back if Sarah and Kylie are working. I have never left a review, but I needed to. This behavior is unacceptable! I wish could leave a zero. Hats off to whomever works in this toxic...

Rating: ★★☆☆☆
I recently visited T-Bones Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I had hoped for. The service was lackluster, and the quality of the food left much to be desired.
One of the most glaring issues was the extensive wait time. My party and I waited for over 75 minutes for our meals, which is simply unacceptable. This long wait only served to heighten our anticipation, making the ultimate disappointment even more palpable.
I decided to order the Greek Salad, but upon its arrival, it was evident that it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. The vegetables were wilted, and the overall presentation was lackluster. It was a shame to see such potential go to waste.
While the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly to my liking, the accompanying mashed potatoes were a letdown. They were dry and lacked the creamy texture one would expect. In fact, they appeared more like a poorly executed smashed baked potato than true mashed potatoes.
Another member of my group ordered the chicken pot pie, and while it was passable, it failed to impress. The flavors were somewhat bland, and it lacked the comforting, homestyle appeal that makes a pot pie truly enjoyable.
Adding to our dissatisfaction was the fact that our waitress seemed to avoid our table due to the prolonged waiting time. It is understandable that delays can occur, but it is the responsibility of the staff to communicate and provide adequate service, even in challenging situations.
To top it all off, the appetizer we ordered, the chili nachos, was a disappointment as well. The portion size was small, and there were hardly any toppings. It seemed as though the kitchen had skimped on ingredients, resulting in a lackluster dish that failed to satisfy.
Overall, my experience at T-Bones Restaurant was disappointing. The service was subpar, with an excessively long wait time, and the food fell short of expectations. While the steak was cooked well, the lackluster Greek Salad, dry mashed potatoes, and underwhelming chicken pot pie left much to be desired. The chili nachos were also a letdown, lacking in both portion size and toppings. I hope that T-Bones takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their service and food quality...

My girlfriend and I went here after a recommendation from a friend we were helping to move down to Charleston. Why he would ever leave is beyond me, but that's besides the point. We sat down fairly late in the day, just hoping to enjoy a nice meal before we went to bed, but what we got was so much more.
Our server arrives at our table, and with him he brings charm and humor. I'm immediately put on my heels as this man obviously just oozes confidence, and for good reason. We order our food, and while waiting on it, I get a phone call. I answer, and am talking to a friend when our server returns. He thinks on the fly and quite humorously drops his voice to a whisper to ask if we needed anything. I chuckle. My girlfriend laughs. Now I'm wary. Our server returns once again with our food. We start to eat. Oh no. This is the most delicious Chicken Parmesan Ciabatta sandwich I've ever eaten. Sure it's the only one, but it very clearly can't get better than this. You're telling me this fine establishment has delicious food, and a server who's made my girlfriend laugh more than once? This isn't good. We finish our food, and now my brother calls. I answer, and once again our server appears, and yet again very humorously lowers his voice, but this time, I hang up right as he starts to talk. Got him. Now he's gonna look weird for whispering for no reason. But no, he on queue picks his voice back up to a normal tone and makes ME look like the fool. This can't be. We pay our bill and leave very hastily. We get to the truck. My girlfriend remarks, "that place was so good! And the server was hilarious". I shut down. Almost inconsolable. I dwell on this for many minutes, in utter denial. No. He wasn't that funny. And that sandwich wasn't even that good. But then it hits me. I'm wrong. He WAS funny. That sandwich WAS the best sandwich I've ever eaten. This experience at T Bones Great American Eatery has changed me. I was a weak, unfunny man before this. But now, fueled by the most delicious sandwich, and a desire to make my girlfriend one day laugh like our wonderful server did, I am set on a better course in this life.
Thank you, T Bones, and thank you Server who I cannot quite remember the name of. You have fixed me. I am forever indebted to you.
Send my compliments...
