Taste of Legacy Cafe & Catering — Restaurant in Gilford

We stopped here for breakfast while in the Lake Winnipesaukee area— and we were SO happy we did. The place itself is a hidden gem, tucked away in a building among other businesses. We found it on Google when looking for the best breakfast in the area, and that’s why I’m here to tell you... GO HERE!!!! The food is so fresh and good. The atmosphere is so cozy, clean, and welcoming. Cafe/Restaurant - menu is excellent (very casual, lots of easy order to go options), great flavor profiles, great value for money spent. They even had a pay it forward walk, genius! Only suggestion would be a dimmer switch for the cafe lights as it’s extremely bright inside

Catering - wow. We decided to have our Christmas meal catered and could not have been more impressed. It was so well prepared, and the cooking/heating instructions were done to a tee. Went here after visiting the Playroom with our son. We ordered the French toast for me and requested a Monte Cristo be made for my husband which they agreed to. It was a great atmosphere for everyone including our 3 year old. There was a space for kids to sit and play. There was minor confusion with our meal which was not a problem in our eyes. Everything came out in a reasonable time. It was absolutely delicious.
