Burger King — Restaurant in Lafayette

This bk is located In front of red roof inn. This unit has some of the nicest employees that I've seen in a long time. However the Unit mgr is not a very nice person. Her CS speaking skill is lacking. She also speaks to her staff in a condescending manner. The maintenance man is one of the worst employees as far as his speaking to a guest. It's nothing short of being just plain rude. The building is of an older type. It's kept very clean with exceptions its a fast food restaurant what do you expect. The food is not always hot and fresh. You can tell them please drop fresh fries, the mgr will tell them give them what's In the bin. Lets talk policies and state law. We all know there no smoking in a public restaurant. However you can always go outside and smoke as long as it's 8 feet from door. Well this bk says you can't smoke anywhere on property. There is no signage. They are the mgr and maint very rude about this. Taking photos of this burger King there are no signs that state no smoking. So therefore you should smoke outside of you wish. I came in for first time on July 1,2025 at 6:50am, the restaurant has some people and nobody in the drive thru so here I thought it was my lucky day. Well it wasn't I was told the drive thru was closed and I had to come inside, I didn't really want to go inside bc I was still in PJs but I did bc I was hungry. After ordering inside someone else came through the drive-thru she then asked the person if she could help them like she asked me they said they wanted to place an order she says to go ahead dim when the lady got to the drive-thru window she was a pretty little black lady, my question is why do you make the white people come inside in their pajamas but allow the black people to go through the drive-thru?
