All I can say is absolutely unprofessional. I went through the drive thru and was greeted normally and then followed up with they are out of biscuits, tenders and jalapeños poppers. After hearing that I had to reevaluate my order which then I was rushed by the girl on the intercom. After telling her I needed a second I could hear her making a bunch of disrespectful comments. Even after all that I still proceeded to order the family meal when she cut me off to tell me they had a 15 minute wait on spicy chicken. That's fine, but I asked will I still be charged full price since they do not have any biscuits or would I be given a substitute. She told me nope, I still pay full price with no substitute. So naturally I questioned how that made any since and she got upset and said whatever and that I still had to wait 15 mins for the chicken anyway. IT TOOK ONE HOUR FOR ME TO RECIEVE THIS SLOP. AFTER THEY THREW ME MY BAG AND SAID IT WAS CLOSED, THEN HURRIEDLY CLOSED AND LOCKED THE WINDOWS ! MY FOOD WAS BURNT AS YOU SEE. MY SIDE ITEMS WERE LESS THAN HALF FULL. I SPENT OVER $40.00.
I TRIED TO CALL BUT THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I THEN DIALED TO THE GAS STATION SIDE AND ASKED A CASHIER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY REFUSED TO COME TO THE PHONE.
I CONTACTED CORPORATE SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AS I WAS PROMISED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.

There was a recording stating that they were closed (which I knew they weren’t because there were people who had just gone through the drive through). So I go inside, while waiting in line, the cashier helped every customer. When it came to me, she said “oh my phone is ringing” & ANSWERS THE PHONE!! All as I’m standing there waiting for her to take my order. She finally stops her phone conversation for a second to ask me what I want. When I told her that I would like a number 3 chicken tenders, she said that their tenders are frozen & they cannot cook any right now.
