Y'all... This was horrible. Not only did we wait 15 mins at the window for our to go order that we had ordered 30 minutes prior to arriving after they said it would be ready to pick up in10 mins, they didn't have the order complete. We didn't notice the dessert was unfinished with no icing on the side until after we'd eaten the pizza. So, at this point we're about 1.5 hours into this Dominos Disaster, my boyfriend is so mad he decides to call. He and I both work in the service industry. We frequent this Dominos as its near the house we just bought and we always tip, even on to go orders. And this is what we get: a 45 minute cook time, no service at the window for 5 minutes at arrival, 3 employees in the parking lot smoking just staring at us, unfinished order and a RUDE manager named RYAN when my boyfriend called. He refused to refund the dessert, was very unprofessional, said we could come pick up the icing that goes on the side (we are done for the day in bed at this point) but he will not be sending anyone to deliver it (2 miles away) and was NOT refunding more than 59 cents which is what the icing costs. After being rude, impatient and unprofessional, my boyfriend asked for the manager above him. Come to find out, RYAN isn't even the manager on duty at the time we ordered or when we called! Now, we are 2 hours in and still have no resolution... Until, a lady "manager" gets on the phone and within 2 minutes she had our problem resolved and we now have a credit for a dessert attached to our phone number we order with. Was that so hard? What would 2 frequent customers need to go thru all of this over a $5 dessert that literally costs the restaurant probably less than $1 to make. Again, we are both professionally in the restaurant business... We know accidents happen and we are lenient people. But, my God... Tonight was absolutely unacceptable, Dominos on Gloria Switch. And Ryan, you shouldn't be managing ANY restaurant. You, sir, are bad...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI order the same thing every Friday. Never had a problem before. Tonight I ordered it and my husband picked it up on the way home as usual. Since they started making the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and the five cheese dip I always order it for me and a bacon & ham pizza for me. Tonight I added chicken and parmesan bites. Open the box and I don't have pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread I have molten lava cakes. So I call and try to explain it and the man I spoke to made me repeat it twice and then cut me off and handed the phone to a "manager". I explained what happened and asked since it was their mistake could they deliver the order ? She said absolutely not. I either had to take a store credit which I know if I try to use it later it will be nonexistent or come pick it up myself. Then she hung up on me. I have never had a Domino's employee be rude to me before and when it happened it was a manager. So I have to load up my six year old and go pick it up. Meanwhile the rest of my food is at home getting cold. My five cheese dip was a solid,gelatinous mess. The chocolate lava cakes that they gave me by accident were now cold and hard. I had to reheat my son's pizza because of course everything was cold. I should have brought everything back and made them remake my order. If I ever have another bad experience I'll start ordering...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: Sadly, still a 1 Star Rating. I contacted the owner with all information requested in their response to this review. I have yet to hear from them again. This particular location had been fairly good to me prior to this experience (and the two orders before it). The lack of contact and effort to make this experience right is very disappointing. I'm also disappointed that the only compensation ever offered to me was something I would not normally order--a two-topping pizza. Please at least offer to refund the amount of money I spent and was wasted because of your mistakes.
It's 12:10 and, supposedly, my order was being prepped at 11:19 when I placed it. They messed up my last two orders, offering only a free medium, two-topping pizza as compensation but I decided to give them one more chance. I just called the store and was told the company "changed things" so an order is not accepted until a delivery driver is within so many minutes from the store so your order isn't sitting and getting old and cold. LIE! Finally got my order over an hour after placing it. Normally, my food is so hot I have to wait for it cool down to eat. This time? MAYBE luke warm! You would think the possible delay would be stated somewhere on the website when an order is being placed. If that's actually the truth. Sorry, Domino's...three strikes,...
