Noah's Cafe — Restaurant in Lafayette

Bad employees, I came last Wednesday (04/01/2015) and ordered Spaghetti with Okra. The lady in the middle of the line (there were 3 people, one stayed by the rice cooker, one stayed by the meats, and one stayed by the cashier) said they were out of it and told me to wait for 5 minutes. I stayed there and waited for 15 minutes, nobody said anything. I asked again and she went to the back to check then told me to wait for another 5 minutes, I waited for another 15 minutes and nothing happened. When I asked for the third time, she went back to check then told me to order something else. What the hell? If you didn't make it just told me at the beginning, so I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes and then you told me to order something else. I showed her that I was mad but she didn't say sorry or showed that she felt sorry at all, she just stayed there doing nothing but silent. I was very disappointed with the customer service of this place. If you the owner read this review, you can email me and I can come to confirm with you who was that lady. First time going to pick up me and my co-workers food for lunch and had a very terrible experience. The customer service is so bad. I refuse to pay my hard earn working money to people who do not cherish or be kind to their customers. The elderly lady actually told me “I must want to come work here (Noah’s cafe)”. Because the lady at the register directed me to the wrong place to pay. So I was trying to pay for it on their tablet because no one was there,not knowing I had to wait for someone to come swipe my card. The lady at the register didn’t tell me anything she just told me your order is over there and you pay over there. But no one was there, and it was my first time so I tried swiping my own card . This place was wonderful food was good and hot. It was so good wish there were more stars to give. Every part of this restaurant was wonderful staff was suppper friendly. Only ate there once and it was love at first site. I plan to go back and try other delicious foods on the menu. Portion sizes were wonderful as well enough to fill the plate and presentation was great. Service was super fast atmosphere was awesome just a all around good place to be. Only downfall to this place is that it's hard to see off the road I had to turn around to find it. Glad I did turn around or I would have missed out on some good eating.
