Is it just me, or maybe the world around me is losing their minds. Literally, I just left one terrible situation for another one. Came to Sonic after the horrible experience at Canes thinking it would be better, but it wasn't. I ordered the chili dog with jalapeños a large tot a cherry limeade and an oreo shake. The person taking my order sounded frustrated because he could figure out the order board to only upsize my tot. The order came out, and the only reason I rated a two was because the waiter was really kind. I told him they forgot to add my jalapeños so he went back in to get the forgotten jalapeños, (not forgotten by me, but forgot by the little exasperated order taker.) The little waiter came out with a cup of jalapeños and said, " I am sorry, but they charged you a dollar." I am fine with paying the dollar, but when something is ordered and forgot because your little worker doesn't know how to run the order board, that is on your employee, not the customer. I waited 10 mins after pressing the red button for them to take my order, 15 mins more for my food, they said they was waiting on my coney dog to be ready, 5 mins later all my food came and was cold including the coney they said I was waiting for. Told them the food was cold so just give me a refund 15 mins later the manager finally came out and did the refund. They said Manager was in the “restroom “ the entire time, the female manager never ask what the problem was, just said here’s your refund. One of the employees That came out said they had been getting complaints all night. Several cars ordered after me and got there food before me. I only ordered cheese sticks, corn dog, coney dog, pop corn chicken and 3 drinks. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. It gets worse by the day! Read moreNormally, I'm not the kind of guy to be posting bad reviews on any sites but I think this place deserves it after my experience today.
I arrived and ordered a Medium Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake around 7:52pm today. After completing my order I noticed the payment method did not come up as usual on the screen, so I decided to contact them about it. The lady told me that it was broken and that whoever delivered my order would charge me then and there.
So I waited 15 minutes and decided to contact again because I did not have my order yet. They told me it was coming.
After 30 minutes I decided to contact again after seeing everybody who ordered after me get their order.
A lady finally came out to meet me eith the order but she could not have been any more rude. She told me to basically not change stalls next time when I never did. Not only did she say that, she insisted when I told her I had never changed stalls. She said: "You kind of did" looking at me with an attitude.
So yeah, that pretty much sums up my last time...
