I needed a company to "Reset" our home entertainment system after we changed cable and internet services. The people I used a few years ago referred me to Electronics Professionals. I called them and the Operations Manager discussed my situation and asked several questions to determine what kind of system we had and what specific problems we were having and to also select the correct technician. He set me up with an appointment for Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. The service technician arrived at 9:25 a.m. and was very professional and easy to talk with. He was able to determine the problems with the systems and provide additional information and features to "streamline" our systems even more. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that was able to help determine the problem and situation before sending a technician onsite without providing them any idea of what they needed to do. Called Electronics Professionals to come in and perform a retrofit for a previously installed system (by another company) that was not working properly. From the person who answered the phone to all of the technicians who performed work on our system, I cannot say enough great things about them! Austin came out, did an inspection, sent a quote over and voila!! Went from having to use 3 remotes for a single tv to one wonderful, user-friendly remote that was a godsend to us ole folks - lol. Best in the business, hands down. I can't speak highly enough about EP and the quality of their workmanship/products. It shows. Their techs were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and unlike many contractors, they did not leave a mess in our home after completing the work. The owner, James, treats his clients like family. He broke down everything we needed to know before starting the job so there were no surprises about the work being done or cost. Having audio in every room of our house was a game-changer for us (especially on gamedays!).
