Wendy's — Restaurant in Lafayette

I would not even give the 1 star... I placed my order at 12:15 am... A very simple order.. A #6 "ADD CHEESE AND KETCHUP" , baconator fries, Coke MEDIUM size"... Pay for my order and told to pull up to the door and he would bring it out.. I waited there 15 mins while 3 other vehicles placed and payed for their orders. ALL 3 of them got their orders and as he passed me by going back to the door to enter, he says "Your hot and spicy has another minute left" ......... I'm like.. Really.... Then I wait.......... Another 10 mins....... He brings out the order and doesn't say anything as he's attempting to walk away.. I asked.. " Is my receipt in the bag".. He says as walking away.. "If you want your receipt, back up to the window". ". Again...... Really.... Still walking away.. I said.. I'm trying to ask you something..." Do you know if my cheese and Ketchup were ADDED"??? He says "yes"..... I back up to the window to get my receipt and I specifically looked at the time on it and it said 12:15 and I looked at my clock on the dash 12:43........ Wow........ THEN.. TO TOP IT OFF... I get home and the hot and spicy chicken sandwich that I asked numerous times to add cheese and Ketchup, is all that it had on it... and I order the sandwich at least once every couple of weeks and I know it comes dressed with lettuce tomato etc.. So for all of this... 28 minutes and $9.25!!!!!!!!!! Sooo not happy! I HAVE...

This use to be my favorite wendys but now it went south really fast i can almost guarantee it you will be missing an item at least minimum each order on top of that ice cream machine ALWAYS BROKEN never have frosty or when they do they make the wrong one , dont ask for extra anything cause you just pay for it you never get it one time i had a raw chicken sandwich delivered to my house thats the level of down hill it went to im not sure why or what happened but its bad i went in store after placing the order online to make it easier i waited for so long the store was out of every drink except maybe coke it was so humid inside no air and filthy i just dont understand what is happening cashiers trying but have no common sense switching my unavailable frosty due to a broken machine that cost 4.50$ with a large cup for a drink that they are out of ? Not even an option for a refund until i asked for it also they were out of lemonades 3 days in a row same issues mind blowing to me cause i got sent delivery order a water down fanta like im amazed of level non existent quality control in this location not sure how corporate is...

Why does it smell so bad in the Carencro Wendy’s? I went 2 weeks ago per my niece’s request. We were starving and didn’t really pay much attention until we sat down with our food. The booth across from our table had old ketchup dried to the base of it which made us start to notice the interior conditions. I guess the smell of our fries and burger in front of us covered up the odor of the building at first. By the time we were finished we were a bit concerned by the smell. Today my nephew asked to go there so I thought I’d give it another try. As soon as we walked in and stepped over the puddle on the floor he asked me what was that smell. We stepped back over the puddle and went to eat down the road. There is no denying that this restaurant has an unusual odor. I’m not sure why it smells like that, but no other Wendy’s or fast food restaurant for that matter does. The management or even higher needs to find out what is happening at this location. I don’t feel comfortable even getting food through the drive through in Carencro now. Sad to say since I love Wendy’s...
