Manager is very, very rude!! Wants to exercise her authority with smoking despite NO BODY ELSE In the ENTIRE PLACE, including Outside!! UNBELIEVABLE!! RUN, don't walk, RUN, don't eat hear! Manager very nasty!! Husband smoking outside so far way away from the outside dining area, manager must have been board, coming out to tell us to "NOT smoke close to the outside railing." OMG!! There was literally no one else in the outside area or even inside area! Whole place was dead on a Saturday night! Geez, I wonder why this place has nobody here with a controlling manager....Right??? The southwest chicken egg rolls have a puff pastry that is slightly undercooked. My burger was absolute mush with no caramelization. They forgot one of our appetizers, which luckily was fixed. When we got there to pick up the appetizer, we did ask for a manager to be told there wasn't one. The restaurant and bar showed great disorganization and it is no wonder why our experience was the way it was. They didn't answer the phone until someone else called to which we were told that if we were answered, it was "by chance" due to them only having 1 bartender and I don't know how many servers. Sat down for lunch with my supervisor. We were there very early in the day, so they were not super busy. It was a sports bar vibe with a bar in the middle, booths, & a open, but covered patio. Not sure if we asked his name, but the host/bartender/waiter was very attentive & knew the menu well. He deserved 5 ⭐️s alone for his outstanding service. The food was good also. My lunchmate had a buffalo chicken wrap & I had a chicken philly. (No green peppers, thank you.👍🏽) Neither of us left with a to-go box.
