Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in LaGrange

We took the kids here after baseball practice. Their were 2 young ladies that was at the cash registers and to take our orders. 1 (the taller young woman) was very pleasant but a little stressed, the other was just plain rude. When we finally got our order, one of the pizzas was totally wrong, we didn't bring that to her attention because they were a little busy. We also had ordered wings, she told us she didn't have enough wings and they had to drop more and they should be out tobus in 7 minutes, we never got that part of our order, when my daughter, the mother of the children went to the register after we was finished with the pizza and asked for a refund for the wings we never got, the shorter young ladies said "what wings? My daughter said "the wings we ordered and never got" she showed the receipt to the young woman, she called her manager over, she looked at the reciept, opened the register and took the money out, pushed it into my daughter's hand and said "here you go" not I'm sorry, can I get them for you now... nothing not even a smile. The pizzas was good even if it was not what we ordered, the service and friendliness was awful with the exception of the young woman that was actually taking our order, she was a bit overwhelmed but she did smile. Will we go there again......

This ONE star is for the ONE chick that was actually pleasant and took our order. (Has a blue bonnet on her forarm) She was the only one doing anything and was clearly overwhelmed. They were busy, ill give them that. Which is why we didn't say anything about our wrong pizzas🤦🏼 But when the other girl brought out our pizzas, she stated they had to drop more wings and would take approximately 7 minutes. We went through both pizzas before i decided to go get a refund. The girl says "what wings" 🤔 what!? So when i said "the wings we ordered?" (Mind you.. Same girl who brought the pizzas and told us 7 minutes.) She walks off to get the manager, who proceeded to not even acknowledge me. Just opened the door and dropped the money in my hand and walked of.. EXCUSE ME?! RUDE! MAYBE if she wasn't allowing her staff to eat with the other tables and walk around chewing on cups between refills, just maybe, they would have remembered our wings😒 never again. Maybe try a complete overhaul? Get all the stoned guys out from thw back drooling over food they are making and ditch the bad attitude manager? Waste of money and time....

WORST MARCO'S PIZZA THAT I'VE EVER HAD. I'M FROM TOLEDO, OH AND I'VE BEEN EATING MARCO'S SINCE I WAS A KID. THE DELIVERY DRIVER CLAIMS THAT HE COULDN'T FIND MY TRUCK SO HE TAKES THE PIZZA BACK TO THE SHOP. HE CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THIS. DURING OUR CONVERSATION HE HANGS UP ON ME. SO I CALL AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER. I EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT TOOK PLACE AND SHE OFFERED TO BRING THE PIZZA TO ME. SO I SAY OK. BUT I WOULD LIKE A FRESHLY MADE PIZZA. SHE AGREED AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE FIFTEEN MINUTES TO REMAKE THE PIZZA. SO WHAT DO THEY DO? THEY RUN THE ORIGINAL PIZZA THAT THEY MADE THROUGH THE OVEN AGAIN AND BRING IT TO ME. NOW IT WOULD TAKE A REAL DUMMY TO NOT KNOW THIS.THE PIZZA WAS OVERCOOKED. AND IT LOOKED AND TASTE LIKE IT. NOW WHY WOULD MARCO'S DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER THAT WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR A NICE MEAL AFTER A LONG NIGHT OF DRIVING? I HOPE THAT YOU GUYS ARE HAPPY WITH ROBBING ME OF MY MONEY. I WILL BE GETTING AHOLD OF UPPER MANAGEMENT ABOUT THIS SITUATION. AND AS FAR AS THE YOUNG MAN THAT HUNG UP ON ME I JUST HAVE ONE THING TO SAY ABOUT THAT. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN YOUNG...
