Starbucks — Restaurant in LaGrange

Sometimes I come to this store instead of the one by CFA because it’s more convenient, and I like it. The service varies by day.

Yesterday I came by about 8AM and had a good experience, the barista who took my order yesterday was welcoming, and we had a good interaction. She was patient and made sure everything was made perfectly; I saw her have to go back and correct it, but it was fine because I had the time to wait. I have a sort of specific order so sometimes I have to go over it twice to be sure they got it. They were patient and made sure it was just right my last visit.

I stopped by today on my way to class around 8AM again, and today it felt different like I was rushed a bit, it was not as smooth. Drink was ok, not made all the way right but I was in a rush. I like the location and will be back. It’s a newer business in the area. Kind of meh when you don’t know what you’ll get day by day. But you have to be open minded that they are learning.

The baristas are polite, however they could improve on being consistent day by day. Some days it’s awesome! ^_^...

This new Starbucks store is off of exit 13, after the Kia exit, which was surprising because I did not realize we would be getting a new store in the area. I work at the Great Wolf so this is convenient for me to stop at on my way in during the morning. The location is great.

There may be a slight wait in the morning as they get busy, being a new store people are still figuring out the groove I guess. There is a very nice young girl, Brandi, who is kind and courteous, she is attentive and tries to make sure people enjoy their time even during a slight wait. She always chats with me while I wait on my Pecan latte and we talk about or work days. There is also a barista named Austin who is sometimes there at the window and he is nice too.

The only neutral feedback i have is that sometimes they are limited on their food menu items. I do hope that improves - they were out of the bacon Gouda today because they were waiting on shipment. But, I think that will change with time as they learn their client base. Overall, I give it a 4/5. I...

I’m glad that a Starbucks opened close by—it’s very convenient. However, the service here has been disappointing. Almost every time I visit, my order is taken incorrectly or certain items are unavailable. What’s more concerning is that when customers approach the counter, the staff often seem distracted with their phones instead of engaging with guests right away.

When I choose Starbucks, I expect a certain level of standard and consistency, but unfortunately, this location does not meet...
