It took forever to explain and then deliver our fresh caught fish. Dinner was 3 hours long, 1 round of mojitos, 1 bottle of wine, 1 app ( fried fish), 4 entrees (grilled fish), 3 apps to-go (fried fish). We were told this place would be happy to cook up our off-shore catch. They were happy, but it took forever to explain that we needed it all cooked, which flavors to have for dinner, and that we needed all the excess to-go. We were vacationers, so no real kitchen to speak of, and we would be in a new town the next night. I can't believe that fish could take so long to cook, isn't it like 2-3 minutes per side? We think the waitress angered the cooks somehow and we paid the price. She did not seem to understand hospitality, and table service patterns, and offering drinks and such distractions, so we idly sat for the longest time until flagging down someone else for the wine list. I know Parguera is supposed to be a simple fishing village, but the waiter-patron experience here was just so weird, it was more than simply running at a different pace of life. The facility is a dressed up marina cafe described as...

We were in the area( visiting Puerto Rico) and were looking for a restaurant to go. Driving by, we just saw the place and decided to go and try it. At first, I was not sure if we were allowed to go in. I was thinking that maybe it was just for the members of Marina. But, being the one that spoke Spanish, I was told to go and ask. The gentleman was very nice and asked me if I had a reservation. I told him no. He asked a employee if they have an available table and she said yes. Then I asked him if we can go in in our bathing suits (beach clothes) and he said of course, we're at the beach. What a relief. We were starving and don't know the area. The service was good. The food was delicious. The parking is a little tight and we were having a hard time getting out of the space. They were so nice, they told us to wait a minute and went get the owner of the car behind us (a regular or member of the place. I'm guessing)and we were able to get out of the spot. If I ever got the chance to go back to the area I definitely would visit this...

We basically walked in Saturday early evening just as dinner rush would start. They were very accommodating despite the reservations they had. We were seated by the window with great view of the marina. The server was not as efficient/friendly. We had empty drinks for a while and he was hard to get to the table. He seemed flustered. (They were not as busy yet as rush was just starting). He did not ask if we wanted the drinks or appetizers, I had to order these items before he left the table. We asked for a sampler. Despite mentioning My allergies to seafood, it was evident the sampler platter was all cooked in the same fat. Not even 10 mins after I had some appetizer items, I got an allergic reaction where si almost fainted. Walked up to speak with management and they seemed very busy, I proceeded to wash it off with plenty of water which we eventually got. Despite the slow/poor service experience the food was amazing. I had to pack mine to go due to getting sick and it tasted as good...

This place was awesome !!! Def coming again!! First thing First , We didn’t have a reservation but the manager managed to be able to help us and give us a table. (We didn’t know it was reservation ONLY) Secondly- the staff was immediately attending us with drinks and menus Third - the staff speak English and Spanish Fourth - everyone is very kid friendly , menu even has a kid section !!! 5th - We happened to be at the restaurant when the catch of lobsters for the day came in. The GENTLEMEN by the name of ( ALEX ) was so kid friendly that he came out of the kitchen with 2 lobsters so that my son can take a picture holding one!! All because he heard my son say oohhh lobsters as the crate went by our table.

Time, 10:49pm finishing a delicious plate, fried pork, mofongo; the best I have had all my life... This coming from a puertorican! Small bite seafood empanada but with a two punch taste! Their surullitos goodness, Crispy yet soft inside. Mayoketchup on point! Mojito++. But the best experience was the service. In love with the place. Thank you all. Made the whole family feel welcome! El turrumote keep up the good work!

In would give it a five if the food had not taken so long. I finished my Pina colada frappé by the time the bread arrived. My mom had a meal from the children's section and it always excellent. My mahi mahi was a little salty but delicious. The desserts fried cheesecake and the cream brulee was superb. Really enjoyed the ambiance and the ocean/dock view
