If you've never been to Las Comadres, you are seriously missing out.

I've tried tacos all around the winter Haven area and then some, I can confidently say Las Comadres tops them ALL.

My spouse and I order tacos here at least once a week. They use the absolutely freshest ingredients, and the protein options they have are perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Las Comadres is the perfect example of a "Hidden Gem" tucked away in lake Alfred but having some of the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life.

And the prices are extremely fair for what you get.

Don't come to Las Comadres looking for a dine in experience, the location is very small and cramped. But if you're looking for delectable authentic Mexican food to Go, you won't find anything better.

The employees here are extremely helpful and courteous. Astralia is an angel. Even if you're not familiar with Mexican styled food, the employees here are very helpful.

Fabuloso! As you are coming into Lake Alfred, don't blink, or you will miss this tiny gem. This has to be the best place that has inhabitated this corner of this line of shops. Small shop with a side bar with two stools. Everything else is take out.Super friendly counter person took my order and advised me of a 25 minute wait. I suggest calling ahead as everything is cooked to order. I ordered the 4 street taco platter,sope with carnitas and the chicken soup. The sope was perfectly cooked and generously stuffed. The street taco platter was very good for the price. The tacos were filled with nicely seasoned chicken and al pastor,topped with onion and cilantro. The accompanying rice and beans were very nicely done as well. The chicken soup,where do I start.
