They used to be top notch... lately their customer service is very poor.
here are few examples:
I like the cinnamon burst, and they open at 7, I stopped by 745 and they said they ran out. but they have all the other types of bread. I asked are you going to bake more today, simply they answered NO.
what customer service is this? you just opened and you not going to bake more for your customers? especially for an item that sold out within 45 mins after yall opened?
(to be honest I didn't belive they ran out, I belive they didn't bake it to begin with.
2nd example,
they open at 7AM, I was able to see the employees through the glass, and it was around 645AM (15 minutes before they open). so I called them to ask if they have the cinnamon burst bread before they run out. The 3 employees inside looked at me in my vehicle and didn't bother answering the phone.
it's sad... this place customers service used to be great.. now it is just poor and none existence.
again that's what happen when you have 16 and 17 years old kids running your business and no supervision... this is the quality service you get when you pay your employees minimum wages...

Your product(s) is superb, quality is 2nd to none... however it's all lost with the poor customer service and the rudeness of the employees on the phone ...
also, when I run my own business (and I'm a business owner) if a customer come in early or after my hours and I saw that customer, I definitely answer that customer and serve him/her. that what make customer service superior and not just acting like a robot... it wouldn't have hurt anyone to answer my phone calls, few minutes before you open ... won't hurt anyone or anything ... I hate it when employees act like robot and say I am only open from 7 to 6 and not one min before or after ... no one want a robot service... people want human service ....
please correct me if I'm wrong ...
again Your product is fantastic however the customer service lately is lacking. Also when I go out to eat, I literally don't care about the food, I go out to enjoy my time and the service... people want the great customer service and quality of product comes second .... hope this ...
Read moreIt pains me to not be able to give this place 5 stars. If it was solely about the food quality, I would but unfortunately it is not. I order from this place very frequently and I just love the food BUT most of the time, I do not receive the food I ordered or it is made incorrectly. I have tried many sandwiches based on the fact that they send me the wrong one so I am trying a new sandwich apart from the one I actually ordered. While they have all been delicious, it would be great to get ONE order sent to me the exact way I ordered it. I don’t always have the convenience of driving to the restaurant on my own to pick up so I rely heavily on online ordering, like most hard working moms do! Just a side note, today I tried the little Italy breakfast sandwich and it was awesome, my tea was missing the almond milk, and lastly I got the roasted carrot tahini grain bowl, which is always amazing. UPDATE: I had to take away a star…. This morning I ordered a vegetarian breakfast sandwich But I received a sandwich with bacon… I had such high hopes my order would be right this morning… 😭 I was looking forward to the avocado spread with the provolone...
Read moreI am so incredibly disappointed by my last two orders. The first negative experience I chalked up as a fluke, but the second has led me to decide not to visit this establishment again. Not only was I unsatisfied with my sandwich, but only one employee (the cashier) was properly wearing a mask. The remaining employees (including the employee that helped at the counter) were either wearing it on their chin or not wearing one at all.
There is a state-wide mask mandate in place and this is an establishment that prepares food and drinks for the public. Refusal to ensure that all employees are following state protocols is inexcusable in a time when we are trying to mitigate the spread of a virus that has affected families throughout our community.
I hope that this review is read by management and that proper protocols are followed not only for the safety of the employees, but also the customers that visit this place...
