I will start this review by saying this, this is not an average store where you just walk in and walk out without some kind of good feeling of what you have just purchased. Walking into Lake Street Liquor I felt a relaxed but professional vibe instantly. Today I went in to look into purchasing a specific bottle of Jack Daniels I have been wanting for a very long time. Instantly when I said what brand and select I was curious about there was a smile and a story that came immediately with the exact bottle I was looking for. I was able to buy something I have been wanting for so long and was able to have an awesome conversation about the history of it along with a personal memory behind it. These days that great feeling of leaving a place of business does not happen much anymore. For this local place of business though that is not the case at all. I'm so happy to try this select and enjoy it and the fact that I know exactly where I will be going from here on out. Lake Street Liquor and Ashley, thank you so much for the experience. Hands down the best liquor store you will ever go in. I strongly recommend LSL and you will not be disappointed. So much selection and always have what I need and more. LSL isn’t your normal liquor store and takes buying alcohol to the next level. The store look, arrangement, and displays are phenomenal and worth a visit alone. As an occasional consumer I don’t always know what I’m looking for but Ashley and her team are always there to get me pointed in the right direction. I can describe a taste or flavor and I’m never disappointed in what I’m recommended. From the time you pull into the parking lot you first notice the beautiful, new, and updated business that has been a staple for Lake Charles for so many decades! You walk into a very well planned and thought out liquor store and are immediately greeted by knowledgeable staff!
