I can’t recall a time I received good customer service from this location, however, my experience this morning was definitely the worst thus far. So I get to the speaker and I order a medium sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. The lady at the speaker repeated the order back to me to confirm. I get to the window, no good morning just $7.47. I think nothing of it until I get my bag and see a small hash brown and small drink. I let the woman at the window know that I order ed a medium meal, and with attitude, she said well you were rung up for the small. Since I have experience in both food and customer service, I told her I don’t mind her doing a refund and charging me for what I ordered. Instead of making the moment right, I get charged for the small meal anyway and given a free medium drink. Confused, I looked in the bag and at my receipt and waited for the medium hash brown that I asked for. The woman was like it will be another 65 cent and I need the hash brown back. I went to the drive through window and no one answered after 3 or 4 minutes I went inside. Inside there was a worker sitting at a table on her phone. After a minute she looked up and said oh I didn’t see you come in. I placed my order and the lady went to fix it and told the girl to ring up my order. When the girl told me how much it was I couldn’t understand her so I asked her what she said. The girl got an attitude with me and I told her I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you with your fingers in your mouth. She then said with a nasty attitude “I know that’s why I took them out.” Not only was her attitude nasty but to have her fingers in her mouth while working in a restaurant is disgusting and a health department violation. My sandwich came with pickles and I sent it back. There was one pickle removed and the sandwich was given back to me. I sat down to eat and there was another pickle on the sandwich. It was taken back and the cook was told to make a new sandwich. He did not just took the pickles off and sent it back. After the third time I requested my money back. There was no one but us in the restaurant and very few people in the drive thru. Customer service was non existent. I left Hardee’s and went to Burger King and requested a sandwich with no pickles.
