I ordered a sub delivery via the website and waited over an hour when living less than 5 minutes away. I called and was told a door dasher was coming to pick it up, I thought that was strange since they always used to have their own drivers. And no where did it mention door dash was delivering my sub. When it finally came it was not my order. I called back again and was told that they were unable to re make my order and deliver it. They assumed I ordered through doordash even though I ordered through their website. The staff was actually very nice, but they explained to me that they had changes in there management and system. And we're unable to override things. I told them I would like a refund and they struggled to figure that out. Finally, after a couple of days and several phone calls, I spoke with a manager who told me they had processed a refund to my card. However, it could take up to twelve days to see it in my account. It's been like fifteen days and I still have not gotten a refund. I called this store back and was told she literally could not do anything that she has sent multiple emails to corporate and they are not responding. I asked if I could just get a gift card and I was told that she would have to check with her manager who was not there. I was then told then I could call a number to a store in rochester, because they often have corporate managers there that could help take care of this issue. Or to write a google review..and they usually respond to that. I asked out a number because I was trying to avoid making a bad Google review. I've never made a google review. And I don't believe that the staff here at this store deserve the bad Google review. But the corporation absolutely does!! This is insane to me!!. It should not be this hard to get what I ordered or a refund for what I never received. It wasn't that much but it was my money and I didn't get what I paid for. The staff there I do feel is very kind and did everything in their power to take care of me as a customer but without getting direction, from their management or corporation. They were left to do absolutely nothing for me. Which is super unfair for them, as staff members and incredibly inappropriate for me as a customer. So if you corporate big wigs see my review, I want my refund and for putting me through so much crap having to reach out to you over and over again. While being ignored, I think you should do something extra for me, also.. jsut saying. I just want my refund!! I don't think that I should have to make multiple phone calls. And wait for it for Fifteen days and still have received nothing. This is absolutely horrible customer service!!! Again, I would like to touch base on the fact that the staff there handled it as best as they could. But their hands are tied, they were very kind people, and they're being left in a situation where they can't give good customer service because the management/ corporation is not helping them. The transaction on the website did not seem to quite come through, I got a confirmation number, but never an email. We arrived anyways and were disappointed that the place seemed closed. Eventually we realized there are some people working inside and the drive through window was open. The lady working could not find my order under my name so I figured it was time to move on. My phone had still opened the screen with the order so I showed it to them and my order was found. No water, no bathrooms, so we moved on down the road to Quick Trip which we should have done to begin with. Eating soup in car with small kids was as much fun as expected. Read moreI ordered pick up for my son and I. We ordered online, waited the time, and then drove there. We went through the drive-through window and saw staff making sandwiches, but no one even acknowledged me. So I parked and went in. Then, when someone finally acknowledged me, she told me, "we canceled your order, we don't have the food to make it." It was a northerner and a kids turkey sandwich. That's it. I was like, ummm, what?? I just saw that guy making sandwiches... she said, "Nope, we don't have any. But I did refund your money."
I would appreciated a call telling me this so I didn't wait half an hour to be told we get no food, or maybe a call saying we don't have that, can we make you something else... but no... literally denied my order, didn't tell me, then ignored me until I was in front of their face.
I will not be going to this location ever again. Unbelievably poor business. I'm shocked that's how this...
