The Human Bean — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Brianna(Breanna?) was fantastic this morning just after 6am(12/20/24). I am impressed that they all even show up with smiles that early in the morning but she actually remembered my order which is amazing as, sometimes, I can't even remember it. I've been going to Human Bean more often given their great service, coffee and their rewards app(and those Chocolate Beans are awesome). I know from past communication with their owner Juls, all the workers really care about doing a great job and they all add a nice dose of positivity to my busy day. I don't know the name of the worker who was with Brianna but she was great too. There are a number of coffee places in Havasu, but besides the drink and food quality, it will 100% be the customer service and friendliness that drive us all more towards...

I have ordered the same drink from there for a long time. It was never the same 2 times in a row. The first time I didn't receive the drink correctly, I went back to the location I bought it. I was told if they would remake it, it would be the same as the one I received. The staff became rude. I stopped going here. A year or so ago, I went to get my coffee and the price was $3 more than it was prior when I came there. I was upset and emailed the company to make sure I was charged correctly. I did not receive an answer to my email. I stopped buying coffee here. I do go now and again because they are convenient on the way...

I'm reluctant to say it but I was disappointed. Having heard the ads and people rave. I thought it would be a treat. We stopped at one and they had no whipped cream for the frappe. We went to another and they couldn't take a bill over a $20.00. My peppermint mocha was watery and a real letdown. My daughter didnt dig her frappe either. It was the price of a starbucks without the satisfaction. 🙄😒
