This place is the worst! Food was alright prepared. Wait staff were nice at first. While the chef was preparing our food he was scrambling eggs with hot oil, to mix with our fried rice. While flipping the eggs the oil and pieces of egg flipped and landed on my chest, legs and face. The oil and eggs left a burn on my chest.. I tried to speak to the a manger, they don't have one! They have a waitress who has been there the longest. When I told her what happens she said she would see what she could do to make it better. I waited For about 15 minutes then was brought an incident report and was told the owner was there if I would like to speak to him. I said sure. He came over and said that he didn't see any mark (which was pointed out by his wait staff right before he came over) and asked me if I wanted to see a doctor, I said sure if you are paying for the visit. The owner said "yes, I have insurance" i started to continue my incident report and he said"you just fill that out and then leave". I finished filling out my report and still saw no physician, as I was leaving I asked if he was going to submit this incident with his corporate office, he acted like he didn't understand me and walked away. Read moreWorst service ever and I never even visited the place. I'm a first responder/traveler here in town to work specially with COVID patients. Today is my 4th day and I HAD a taste for Japanese food. I placed my order through Uber eats like usual. I got a text from someone at the restaurant even asking how I wanted my steak cooked however when the driver arrived my order was cancelled. I called and spoke to a lady but couldn't understand her because she spoke to fast. I told her I couldn't understand so she hung up on me. I called back spoke to her again but she gave someone else the phone because I still couldn't understand. The guy got on and told me there was an issue with my card. I asked what hawhat issue because I only use that card for Uber eats and there is money on oy. He hung up on me also. So I called back a third time because I really wanted to know what was wrong. I already waited 25 mins for the food. I had to go through the last two I spoke with to get a third person and all she could tell me was that they wasn't telling her what was going on but sometimes they have issues with their machine. I gave up. Wost customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend ordering online or over the phone. I think of I was in store it wouldn't have ended like this but because it did I won't be going. Read moreWe made a reservation a week ago and even called earlier today to make sure they had our reservation for tonight, she said yes. We got there, stood at the door for 10 minutes. A lady finally came and took people a head of us that didn’t have a reservation. We waited another 5 minutes and then she came back and asked how many we had and if we could wait a few more minutes. I explained to her we actually made a reservation a week ago for 6pm, it’s now 6:15. She kept asking me for how many. She asked at least 5 times how many people we had. When she finally sat us at a hibachi table, we noticed there were only 2 hibachi cooks and 8 hibachi tables and they were all full with people that haven’t been helped yet. Make that make sense. We waited another 10 minutes and then finally walked out. At least we actually got to sit at a table this time before walking out. Last time we waited at the door for 20 minutes without being helped and that was over 2 years ago. I said I would never return then, I decided to give it another try for Mother’s Day and it was just another disappointment. Management sucks and was no were to be found.
