Ive been coming here for the last 4 years (and since they went under new management). Now the past 4 times I go through the drive through, it takes about 4 or 5 times repeating myself to the person in the intercom & then I have to send it back 2-3 times after confirming with the intercom operator that the order is right.
It takes me about 15 minutes to get through the drive through all by myself, 1 food order, no one before or behind me. Every. Single. Time, as of the last few months. About a month ago; I asked to speak to a manager, they said they had a new girl who was still learning. I said that would be perfectly underatandable except I confirmed my order before leaving the intercom. They tried to say it was bad intercom connection, yet I was able to confirm my order before getting to the window as correct. A month after this (yesterday), I again told them this is ridiculous, they gave me "the new girl excuse" & I told them thats what they said a month ago & a new person has nothing to do with listening & comphrehension skills or the chef's ability to make the order the way it was confirmed before I got to the window & the many times at the window I have to send it back for being wrong.
I dont know why or what has happened but after repeated complaints & their unwillingness to upgrade or do better, I'm going to have to go back to going into town for fast food since it will definitely be faster & of a higher caliber of customer service & order...
Read more" WARNING" Food appeared to be good but when I got home and served the food it was some of the worse food I have ever had. The burgers were not seasoned at all, the meat tasted like cardboard, the onions were chopped so fine that you could not even taste them on the burger(they use to have slices), the tomatoes were the end of the pieces (should have been thrown away). The fries had no salt but fresh. The chili cheese fries were so salty you could not eat them(must have been old and reheated) I took the time to write because I paid almost $50 dollars for food that was NOT EDITABLE) I called back and was told nothing could be done about it because I should have come back. I told her I bought the food there but served it to my family when I got home in Apple Valley. She said nothing could be done about it. I asked for the owner and she refused to give me his name, I asked for her name she hung up the phone. My daughter called back and she said no refund but a credit if we brought in the receipt with all the food that was on the receipt. We have all that bad food but not the drinks (the only good thing in the order). I will never go back to that place for food again and would advise anyone who is thinking about going DO NOT GO THERE! "WARNING" it's probably better to go to the vendors on the streets. ( I don't do...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service.
I called the restaurant and was put on hold — no problem, I get that places get busy. But not even a minute later, the call was hung up on me. I called back, was told again they were busy, and was placed on hold again. At that point, I decided to just drive there myself.
When I got there and ordered, I expected at least decent service. But after my food was ready, an ugly, rude, unprofessional woman with a nasty attitude handed me my order and accused me of calling four times — which is absolutely false. Even if I did, how is that something to get an attitude over?
If she’s that miserable dealing with people, she has no business working in customer service — period. No one’s forcing her to be there. The least she can do is fake a decent attitude instead of projecting her bad day onto paying customers. People like her are the reason businesses lose loyal customers. Newsflash: we’re the reason she even gets a paycheck. Maybe management should start holding their staff accountable, because that kind of disrespect is pathetic and unacceptable.
(I also left an screenshot showing I...
