The sole staff member on duty displayed an appalling lack of courtesy and professionalism. My concerns extend beyond the poor customer service; the questionable sanitary standards are evident from the stale bread that seemingly remains unsold for extended periods. Been coming here since 1997. Best donuts around. Can’t find anything else to compare. (Both La county and SD) All the bread is closed off so there’s no flies on anything as someone else wanted to complain. Prices are low. The owner has always been a pleasure. He knows his customers by name and makes sure to greet them as they come in. He’ll give a Good Morning nonetheless even if he doesn’t know you. The cashier very rude, 6 pcs $14.00.. no cake or donuts just bread and i ask you sure is the correct price and just she say yes you wanted? Very rude i said yes only i think is over price and she say again you want? Well she don't want sale so i say nop. And i walk away I goin next mexican bakery (1/2 mile to south) better attention and cheap. And bolillos much much better.....
