So an update to my review. I still have not after one full year been given anything in regards to this situation. No one has bothered to reach out to me to eradicate the situation. So, I STAND BY MY REVIEW OF THIS PLACE!
So this was my order from April 21st. My mushrooms were extremely soggy and I had specifically told them extra crunch. They placed it into a plastic container instead of a mini pizza box. Which is why it was sooooo soggy. Then I called and spoke to a young lady and she told me it would be fixed. An hour later still no replacement mushrooms! I called again then she stated that the electricity went out but they were preparing my order it should be another 15 minutes... Today is April 27th and never received an apology, offer a refund or anything. I will NEVER order food from here again!!!!! I spent close to $80.00 and I am appalled by this restaurant for the lack of concern for a NEW customer! I would NOT reccomend!

Read moreOrdered first time last night. 0/5 stars if i could. It was a pick-up order.
1.They tried scamming me, check your receipt every time. Was charged $10 a topping for pepperoni, olives, and banana peppers - bringing the bill to over $50 for a single 18” pizza. If you build it on door dash its $3 a topping. I complained and they acted surprised and fixed it as if it was an accident (used apple pay and asked for a itemized reciept which they did not count on)
Not only did they try to scam me, when we brought the food home, we noticed the tiramisu was missing. $8 wasted on a dessert that we paid for.
The food tastes TERRIBLE, they are using expired items on the dough and food. It actually tastes BAD. This place needs to be inspected ASAP. It tastes like the dough has dirty dish water in it (best way I can explain it, it tastes BAD and expired, and I know it was the dough because the garlic knots had that same terrible taste).
4.The bill was $70 (would have been over $90 had i not caught the mistake) for a 3 topping 18” pizza, garlic knots, wings, and a tiramisu (that was missing). TERRIBLE experience. Did not think ANY restaurant in the lake mary area could possibly offer such subpar food, especially while charging those prices, let alone operate, or have 4.4 stars on google reviews.
I was beyond disappointed. We had to throw everything out. Was only able to eat the wings which were mid-tier at best. May as well have thrown $70 out the window.
Literally for $70 we could have gone to ruths chris or fish bones for appetizers or something, massive opportunity cost. Will...
Read moreOne of my favorite local spots for good Italian and great service. Larry and Nick are our favorites. Went in tonight and Nick was super accommodating (I can only have 4 oz of red wine every once in a while- pregnant). I could see him pouring and instead of guessing 4 oz, he was kind enough to grab a portion cup and make sure it was 4 oz. Even better was when he brought the check, he had adjusted the price because a standard pour is 6 oz and didn't want me to pay for what I didn't consume, despite me initially saying I didn't care about price but just that I couldn't have more than 4 oz. Super considerate! Watched Larry serve an enormous group with a large amount of loud, rambunctious children that were, at times, screaming (yes, I mean actually screaming. I wanted to smother them with their pizza and I think everyone else in the restaurant did too). Larry kept his composure and was all smiles the entire time. Kudos to him. I couldn't have done it. Difference between children being children and adults having zero control or respect for other diners. Once that group left, we all had a nice laugh about the stunning silence and peacefulness that had come over the restaurant. Always a good time here. Usually pretty quiet. Not very expensive at all. Hubby had 2 beers, I had wine, we both got pasta with salad for under $45. Usually pretty dead on Sunday nights, which is great for a date night if you're looking for a...
