Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered on the Wawa app just one smoothie 16oz nothing else that’s all I got. I decided I wanted to pick it up curbside because I’m feeling sick today and also had my dog in the car with me, but anyway this is where you park in a parking spot and you put the number you are parked at in the app. Ok so I arrive when it told me to I put the number of the spot I was in. I waited over 25 minutes for my drink in my car because I was like ok maybe there really busy but after 30 minutes I go inside. There was no orders on the screen and employee was just chillin, I walk up to see my melted drink that’s been sitting there for I assume as long as I’ve been waiting outside and the employee hands me my melted drink, I did ask them to remake it cause I didn’t spend money on something to just sit on the counter and melt. But the employee wasn’t the problem they were actually nice and apologized I’m not disappointed in that. I’m just disappointed because why was I sitting outside for a half hour waiting on my drink that was sitting on the counter...

Giving a five star to this location only only only because of Brittani and the manager on duty today who assisted me with a problem I had with one of his Wawa employees Nadia very indignant condescending blatant disrespectful all the females here in this area at this time between 8 8:30 a.m. all very indifferent unfriendly walk past you and don't even open your mouth to speak nothing said the whole time I was in the store not even of the one young guy that passed me twice he wears a beard with a hair net over his beard this is about as bad as it gets thank you again for Brittani who represents Wawa Corporation organization in her demeanor her attitude her persona everything about her was positive considering all the other negativity coming from all the other female employees here in the store who are older white women very discriminating to say the least again I gave her 5 star becomes of Brittani & the manager on duty June 9th 2017 apostolate between 8 a.m. and 8:34 a.m. Friday Lake Mary location store...

There was an employee named Carlos (a young Hispanic male) who was extremely rude to me. I walked into this Wawa gas station at 2:50 AM and ordered a sandwich with fries. Upon going to pay for my food at 2:56 AM. Carlos screams across the gas station. “Cancel those fries,It’s too late to order them”. Upon me asking the cashier, why he had the Fry’s canceled, the cashier very respectfully stated, “we stop serving fries at 3 AM, i’m not sure why he’s refusing to make them since it’s not even three yet”.So not only was I denied food earlier than I was supposed to but upon me asking Carlos Why he cancel the fries early, He began laughing and called me a little guy while handing me my sandwich even though I probably stood 5 inches taller than and had at least 60 pounds on the little boy. His customer service was absolutely terrible and everybody in the store was noticeably uneasy when he was making his comments. I’ve never had issues with this Wawa location, but this employee...
