The worse service I’ve received in an entire lifetime, sat there for 10 minutes watching 6 children slap pasta sauce on bread (with paint brushes mind you and I’m not kidding), to a girl never once acknowledging I’m standing there in line. It felt like they hired the entire lake Oswego high school and no one in charge. The guy standing behind me finally tapped my shoulder and said “has anyone even acknowledged you standing here?” And I replied “actually no, I’m not even sure any of them work here” and we watched the girl in the back drop a pizza pan on the floor and kick it with her foot under the table. Someone from the back then came out and asked if I needed something, I said we had placed an order over an hour ago she fakely stated “oh I just pulled that one out” as I stared at two boxes that had been sitting on the oven for over 10 minutes. Read moreWe are long time Bellagios customers - we love the pizza. However this location, in particular, is terribly run. The last time we ordered they just didn't show up. This has never happened to us before with any pizza delivery. We waited the two hours they said it would take to get our pizza. Called over and over (their voicemail was full and they weren't answering the phone) when they were half an hour late and they said "sorry we had a big catering order today". Not my problem - if that's the case don't take orders! They said it would be there "soon" and I asked what soon was and he said 15 minutes. They never showed up. We went in to the location the next day and they barely apologized, didn't refund us because the charge was still pending and didn't offer anything to make up for it, besides a "guarantee it won't happen next time". Read moreAs a delivery driver myself I would expect good customer service and respect. These high school kids have no respect for others. They need to learn better time management. As well as when you estimate an order to be ready within 15 minutes and you come back to check and it appears to still not be ready.. This is unprofessional... I have other orders I have to deliver to ans waiting for over an hour gets my orders cold.... As a restaurant it is your duty to make sure that orders are hot tell they're handed over to the customer.... Better management would be best or train these high schoolers how to be responsible employees.. If you can't be respectful to your customers you don't belong at this establishment period.
