We were really looking forward to trying this new spot and unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. We got an order of the cheesy birria tacos and the very first bit got a HUGE piece of bone in it. Not like a little piece of cartilage but a 1 1/2 inch long pencil wide piece of bone. My husband took it over to the truck and showed it to the guy that took our order and he gave a half assed apology and went inside. It wasn’t like oh my gosh I’m so sorry and we just wanted him to take it seriously and really acknowledge that it was not just gross but a big deal. The food itself was okay. Probably better than the other trucks in the area but wasn’t great. The meat was tender and well braised but it was more spicy than having the true depth of flavor we were hoping for. They give you almost no limes and there is hardly any cilantro, so for me personally, not great.
