Panda Express — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

This Panda Express in Lake Stevens right off of highway 9 is still under construction. The building looks mostly finished on the outside but the outside parking concrete pad still needs to be poured as well as the drive-thru pad. If this Chinese restaurant is like the others in the chain, it should be good food at moderate prices. By watching the construction, I think this restaurant will be open in early Fall. It's located right next to a Chipotle restaurant and nearby a Starbucks coffee. I'll post a proper review of the food, service, and restaurant esthetic after it's grand opening. I can't even begin to fathom the joy and satisfaction you will give when you are all finished. Every day I check on you, waiting for you. Finally, I saw you light up, so many things inside.
