55 ST Harold's & fresh lemonade — Restaurant in Lake Township

First off, I am connoisseur of food and know what actually tastes good. Moreover, I ordered 6 wings, small gizzards, and received a quarter chicken free. When I tell you this was by far absolutely the worst chicken I’ve ever had from Harold’s. And I’ve pretty bad orders in the past at other locations throughout the city. I’ll go on to say the food was fried in old grease, and the only thing you could taste was grease. The entire order was overcooked including old greasy and burned fries that were obviously left sitting and dropped in the grease again. The food was so bad that I was highly offended that they managed to serve such a thing. For some reason, when I had walked in and seen the staff including older guy in the kitchen. I knew something would be off with the order. The place is old and didn’t really have an inviting smell. So that was a sign right there. And also, angry sista as to be expected exhibited no basic customer service experience and acted as though she didn’t want to be there. This place needs investigation into its food concerns and I don’t understand how they are still able to operate with such disgusting food. I never right google reviews but the food was so bad I had to come and tell someone. I’m NOT even complaining about the bad customer service either. Today I called Harold's to order my food and the young lady who answered the phone to take order was very nasty. As I was giving her my she put me on hold. I was on hold for a long time. So of course I want to support our black business. So I take a ride down there. i get in there and you can tell the way she was taking orders, she had an attitude. So i ask to speak to a manager and he was mad too and didn't want to come to see what his customer wanted, but of course he came and he told me he's down 2 cashiers and she been working all the days, So I said I understand, but when we agreed to come to work knowing were tired we must remain professional. So I placed my order and gave her my money, as i'm reaching for my change she throw it down in the change cup and walked off, so I said sweet heart just give me my money back, she throw that too. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered 7 wing at 9pm via Uber Eats. Supposed to be delivered at 10pm. At 9:50. They started delaying the order saying the restaurant wanted more time. By 10:40 still not food. Just kept getting delayed. Called 14 times between 10:24-10:36. Out of 14 calls they only answered 3 times. 2 times the young lady picked up and immediately hung up on me BOTH TIMES. The third time she picked it up and set it on the counter.
