Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Township

I had it where I ordered a breakfast sausage crunchwrap in the morning. After I left I went to take a bite of it and I noticed a ton of tomatoes in the crunchwrap breakfast. I cannot eat tomatoes due to allergies yet I was already on my way to work on the road. I proceeded to call the store multiple times with no one answering. Finally 45 minutes later I get a response and I start telling them what happened and they hang up on me and I try to call back and no one would answer. That was very unprofessional and the fact that it took 45 minutes for anyone to even answer the phone is ridiculous and the fact is if this was a severe allergy or food issue someone could end up in the hospital due to this negligence on staff not knowing how to properly make food because a breakfast crunchwrap does not have any tomatoes in it. No one is at this location at all so they told me to come inside first time ever that happened so I come inside she made a point to make me wait nine minutes and then asked me sarcastically what was your what was the name again I said the name she gave me the order I looked at the tag. Yeah ignore the name, sorry to be a karen but idk who works the night shift. The first time they messed up my order I figured it was just an honest mistake but they continued to mess up the specific order lol. Idk if they're just out of tomatoes or if the night shift gets salty that i place orders late but they always mess up my order even though I paid for the extras/ add ons. Not only do I not receive the extra but they don't even add the ingredient at all. For example, i'll order and pay for extra tomatoes but EVERYTIME lol they don't even give me any at all.
